Stressful visit!!
Wrong tyre changed on my previous visit ( front drivers side instead of rear) so of course the rear tyre went flat again. Luckily I wasn’t far from home but I could have been anywhere!! I had to take their word that the tyre they had removed on first visit was faulty as it had already been disposed of. I had had no indication that there was anything wrong with it!! Consequently I ended up having to purchase two new tyres.
The lad on reception was very polite and as helpful as he could be in circumstances.

Good communication at and through reception and with staff attending my vehicle.
Just a small issue with being able to contact the business as the phoneline didn't enable me to stay connected until my call was eventually answered. Had to call back 3 times

The staff were helpful, informative and very quick. I had a puncture in my tyre which was repaired. The tyre pressures were checked and I was back on the road.

Easy to book on line with range of dates and times to suite. Very little lead in time for MOT. Dropped keys off at allocated time and received phone call to pick up within the hour. Polite staff. Good price

Great and cost effective service.
Went in with a suspected slow puncture and bad vibration on different wheels. Wheel rebalanced and slow puncture investigated but nothing found. Took a while to complete but only charged £15. Had great and prompt service.

Perfect customer service at Protyre…
Perfect customer service at Protyre Penrith. After a service an issue that arose was dealt with swiftly, effectively and with consideration and support. I was concerned as to whether this would be the case but I should not have been. The issue happened when I was away from home and celebrating my 60th birthday. What could have had a negative impact on my time away did not because of the way it was handled. It has positively impacted my plans to use Protyre again, and I am confident and happy to recommend them. A huge thank you, I would have given you 10 stars if I could!

Helpful staff
Helpful staff. Were able to fix my tyre within a reasonable time. We were lucky to arrive before an influx of people seemed to arrive. Despite the rush they had all staff remained courteous with every one and kept a level head. We were recommended to try here and would highly recommend to others

Booking slots have no relevance
Arrived before the allotted / booked slot at the Penrith branch. Informed of a short 15 minute wait, ONLY to then wait 45minutes before the job was even started! Total job, for the replacement of two front tyres took over 1 hour & 20 minutes!!
This, unfortunately, is the second time I have mentioned to the company that booked slots should be respected and walk ins should be made to wait. I was reassured, after the first time, that the correct process would be followed, but obviously it has been ignored.
