A perfect example of good customer service
Front of house made the most fundamental of customer service welcomes - eye contact, smile, hello ! Easy isn't it but often missing. My needs were identified and was passed onto a technician who also was warm and friendly, attended my vehicle to further assess my needs.I was then passed back to FoH who located stock, gave me a price and said they could do it immediately to which I agreed. 1/2 hr later after a couple of complimentary coffees in a pleasant waiting area the car was done. The gentlemen presenting my invoice was equally, friendly pleasant and chatty. In a long winded way what I am saying is "bravo" to my three contacts at Protyre Plymouth - I was in all three interactions made to feel welcome and valued as a customer and left totally satisfied.

Protyre Plymouth has MOT’d & serviced my car for past few years. In June I only had time for the MOT & agreed to contact Protyre for service. I have emailed several times - received acknowledgments - but no reply to any of my emails!! The most recent acknowledgement 26 August.

I had put my car in for an MOT
I had put my car in for an MOT , however before the MOT was carried out I was informed that the rear axel was cracked or twisted and needed to be replaced . I agreed to have this work carried out, but asked to see the old axel after completion which was agreed . However on collecting the vehicle I was told that the old axel had already been disposed off with other scrap . I feel this showed a lack of customer care and or poor communication within the organisation .

Had a disagreement about tyre pressures…
Had a disagreement about tyre pressures for my car, the staff then agreed that I was correct, then decided they would ignore the correct pressures that were requested and put in 10 psi more than they told me. I had to drive home and correct the pressures on all four tyres.Poor.

Tyres for the Volvo xc90…
All good I use to bring my bike for tyre long ago , so I thought I would bring in my Volvo , very friendly there but I new the guy there , who sorted me his name was Ted known him for years great guy anyway back to the fitting so quick 25 mins amazing well impressed 👍 will be coming back again well done to one and all nice and clean there to staff really nice as well
