From my initial arrival at Protyre in Rugby, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was given an approximate time my car would be completed and when I returned to collect it I didn't have to wait very long. I was offered a free hot drink whilst I was waiting and the toilet facilities were extremely clean. i would definitely recommend them.

Disappointing lack of transparency and customer service
Was fitted with 4 new tyres which they advised costing me £500 When I picked up vehicle I was provided with the post service report showing all new tyres at 7mm . However did request the original report they had showed me in garage before work carried out ,showing the depth measurements and damage they told me car tyres had as was not received with all other documents . Emailed them when noticed same day to pull up digital vehicle health check history and to email me copy for my service records as proof needed new tyres but unfortunately they have not responded to my email . So shame they could not provide this as results in a lack of transparency they did not provide information . I feel customers should be given a copy of the pre tyre inspection report automatically , rather than have to chase up . The experience has affected my confidence in using this company again

Fabulous service as usual 😃
I had a puncture in my 3 month old Ford Puma, contacted Protyre and was told to come straight down, pumped the tyre up and made my way to Paynes Lane, I was attended to straight away, they had a suitable matching replacement tyre in stock and the job was done in good time, also a full check on my other tyres pads and discs were carried out.
I have used this tyre company for years and always get good service and a free cup of hot chocolate while I waited

Before I booked I filled in an enquiry form at a nearby motorbike shop and to this day... I still haven't received a reply so feel that particular business owner won't see me visiting them anytime soon!
