on arrival I was informed of a glich in computer and they were some time behind 30 mins, no problem went shopping locally came back an hour later , all done, pleasant staff, nice to deal with, all good.

From first entering reception the staff…are very helpful and polite and you feel welcome
From first entering reception the staff were very helpful. When I explained what was wrong they checked and confirmed what was wrong. They sorted out the parts required and repaired my vehicle. All the staff are polite and very helpful. I’m very pleased with the repairs done. I give staff 10 out of 10 for customer care and service.

Protyre... Tyre Pro's
This was my first time using Protyre and I was very pleasantly surprised, firstly by the location hidden away down an alley opening onto a well laid out and sizeable, modern industrial unit. Plenty of parking and not cramped for space, the staff were helpfulness personified. A pair of tyres were fitted on my spare rims and exchanged with those at the front also a rear wheel was swapped out all within 40 minutes. The waiting / customer service are was commendably clean, well decorated and quite spacious, I would certainly use them again, much less hassle than faffing around with internet suppliers and best of all, my wallet didn't take a beating!

Great experience, referred from their garage in Sheffield. Squeezed me in the same day, did a repair quoted as 1/10th the cost of a dealership and then actually charged me less as it took less time than they thought.

We have used Hawleys for years but under Protyre this may change
We have used Hawleys for years always receiving excellent service. However the Hillsborough branch, of Protyre as it is now known, seems to be extremely short staffed. On this visit, it took a day and a half to complete a tyre puncture repair, which is ridiculous for what is after all 30 minute job. I do need to stress that the staff remaining staff are still helpful, polite and courteous as always, but despite trying their best, they simply have too much to do. The new Protrye management/owners desperately need to work on improving staff retention!
