Had my car booked in for a wheel…
Had my car booked in for a wheel alignment due to uneven tyre wear arrived at the arranged time and was quickly seen to by a staff member in reception who took my keys and had my car in the garage within a few minutes where the alignment was adjusted after the fitter explained just what was required, all in all a very professional experience and would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for work required on there vehicle at a very reasonable cost

Don't bother booking a time slot.
Booked a time slot of 12:00 for two front tyres. Job didn't start until after 12:30 and wasn't completed until 13:30. The guy doing my tyres switched to another job while doing mine.
When I asked if there was a problem due to the length of delay I was told the tyre fitter was having his lunch and head office don't take account of employee lunch breaks.
Other people who hadn't booked came and went while I was there.

I wouldve given 5 stars but had to pay…
I wouldve given 5 stars but had to pay full MOT Price after having a Service and other work done, as I couldn't book the MOT in at that same time ...the work initally I took in for was overlooked and another job was done with me still having the engine light on when picking up the car so had yo book it in again. When I eventually booked the MOT and questioned this discount I was told they had to be booked in and done together, after being told Not to have an Mot...until after it was all done
But other than that ..Ive been a long time customer and everything's been done promptly and efficiently when I've had to drop it in last minute for various issues
