Fitted 4 ‘new’ tyres to the porsche but…
Fitted 4 ‘new’ tyres to the porsche but one was already 2 years old. Couldn’t do the tracking either as too much work to remove the under trays, which is funny because when I took the discovery earlier in the year, despite charging me they made an excuse about not being able to adjust the rear as it was too much work… so they do do wheel alignment but only if they can be bothered….

The garage I tried to use at Swansea
The garage I tried to use at Swansea, firstly cancelled my appointment half an hour before I was scheduled, as I was on my way there,because the machine was broken and told me they would contact me for a future appointment and never did. So I tried to call them and was left on hold for 30 minutes before being hung up on, then tried again the next day, to be on hold again for 45 minutes, when someone actually answered, I was told he had been away on holiday and couldn't have done the job.
1. Machine was broken
2. He had been away so couldn't do the job.
3. Two different excuses, which one was the truth, if any?
4. I had already paid for the work to be done.
5.took an email to their head office to eventually get an answer, that they would look into it.
6. Took nearly a month to get my money back.
Joke of a company that you should stay away from, from start to finish I was made to feel like a hindrance and not like a customer.

Why would I want to talk to you or use your company again after your total disregard of me as a customer, I have already tried that and did not get a satisfactory outcome of my concerns and still made this review to let anyone else who might think of using you as a business, to be aware of your incompetence as a nationwide company who should be doing considerably more.

Took my car in for a service and MOT I…
Took my car in for a service and MOT I was told it'd be two hours which I didn't hold them to as I know it takes longer. Went to work and just kept a listen out for my mobile. My mobile rang three times but no message was left so I had absolutely no idea what was happening. I rang each time I saw a missed call but nobody ever answered. My husband took me in to see what was happening. When we arrived (7 hours after I had left my car) it was still being serviced. Lack of communication in a high tech world is ridiculous. We were told they were six people down and that's why it took so long. This is the third year in a row this has happened so I'm never using them again!! They need to go back to having people answering calls on site or people like meet will get cheesed off and go elsewhere. I have given them three chances and I've had just about enough.
