The customer service I received from Matt on the counter was exceptional. He explained everything from the start and kept me updated at each stage of my vehicle repair journey as it was not straight forward. I can’t remember the man’s name who took my payment but he was kind and I felt his understanding as the cost of the repair was not cheap. I will definitely be recommending Protyre

My car had a jammed passenger side seat…
My car had a jammed passenger side seat belt. Your engineer tried to release it but upon further inspection it was deemed in need of replacement. Your staff advised you were unable to source a replacement from your normal suppliers so I agreed to source one myself for your engineer to fit. I was able to source a suitable part online and booked my car on Saturday 30th for it to be fitted. I was disappointed when I came to collect my car that the engineer was unable to fit the seat belt as a component was missing. On returning home it was clear to me that the missing component was part of the original seat belt. I booked the car in again on Tuesday 2nd and the replacement belt was duly fitted at no extra charge. Whilst I am satisfied with the overall result I was disappointed that it took 4 visits to complete.
