Fantastic customer experience
Fantastic customer experience. Staff were super helpful when I limped to the garage, not knowing I had a broken coil spring. They co-ordinated everything with the warranty company, I’ll definitely return. 5 star service!

Avoid if you value your time and your…
Avoid if you value your time and your wheels. The mechanic has absolutely butchered the wheel bolt by rounding off the head of it, which I have not been informed about. The mechanic has claimed that he has snapped his breaker bar in half whilst trying to get it out and advised me to prepare myself to buy a new wheel as in order to get the bolt out I would need to either cut it or weld onto the bolt. It turned out that I was able to get the rounded bolt out using proper tools on my driveway, surprisingly without the use of the breaker bar. The single star is only for the swift refund.

Excellent service. Chris on reception was extremely helpful, keeping everyone informed and cool with a drink on a hot day. He went out of his way to assist people as they came in ensuring they were dealt with efficiently. Excellent prices all round and when I was in there someone explained they had been quoted a price £145 more than they were in there.
Fyi . I had tyres and brakes done, on this occasion but have used them for services and MOT previously.

Good service - poor communication…
Good service however communication needs improvement with customers. I was informed I would receive a call when my car was ready. The call never came and when I went to the garage my car was sat outside and had been ready for some time!
