Ref Protyre Yeovil Dampier St. I recently purchased and arranged for 4 new Yokohama tyres to be fitted to 4 newly restored wheels. No problem at all with the tyres or fitting. However, there was a small issue with the wheel weights. I called, explained, took my car with said wheels over and problem sorted without any fuss or bother. Very polite chap on reception too. It's not the issue that matters, it's how it's dealt with. Highly recommended for all aspects of my transaction.

Always super friendly, talked through everything and printed the paperwork and went through that with me too, very patient. Always a good experience with them and I have always gone there for my tyres. Managed to get me in the same day and it was a Saturday very impressed.

Everything carried out promptly, effectively and with the minimum of fuss. They also keep you updated as to progress. Very pleasant waiting area, with free drinks (coffee or tea). I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

The work was conducted promptly, quickly, and the findings clearly explained. A puncture was suspected that turned out to be a leaky valve, so only a minimum reasonable charge was made for replacing the valve. I have used Protyre (formerly Bathwick Tyres) for many years. They are always good, well-priced, and very well considered locally.

I took my car in with a suspected puncture. They removed the wheel, checked out the tyre and decided there was no puncture. They were very helpful, explained how it may have lost some pressure and said to bring it back if there was a repeat. I offered to pay for their time but they declined to take any money saying it was "all part of the service".

I use this branch always and have never been disappointed or disadvantaged.
