Thank you, thank you, thank you! I ordered the leather jacket for my husband for Christmas. The jacket was extremely long in the arms. He looked like he was swimming in it .
I contacted customer service and was told they would be happy to resend the jacket in a size smaller. They did not want me to send the original jacket back.
They sent a replacement jacket and it arroved today. It fits him petfectly. Now my proud Air Force Vet can enjoy this beautiful jacket.

I purchase military clothing for our Northern Colorado military breakfast club every Saturday morning. Over 200 show up. That is a lot of clothing. They like the offerings of Proudvet365 and I have ordered a lot. The merchandise has always come and has always been as ordered and good quality. The systems to purchase are great and easy to use. Even when my buyers ask for changes, they have always been spot on. Their customer service has been great and quick. I cannot say enough about this company and their service.
