This company has been so very helpful to me. I order a jacket for my Mom's gentleman friend. She is 88 and he is 85.She had a very difficult year physically. He has taken care of her and stayed by her side the entire time. I wanted to give him something he would really like to say thank you. The jacket was the perfect gift. He loved it!! Problem was I ordered the wrong branch but they company helped me get the correct one to him. They were very understanding. The colors are great and its made very well. They were very helpful.

I ordered my item on 12/12/2025
I checked the tracking on the 26th and saw that there was no update after the21st so I contacted the company to find out an update and they responded to me right away.
I received my item on the 29th and it is of high quality and beautiful craftsman ship!

The company was extremely helpful when the USPS lost my order. They went above and beyond to make sure I received it in time for Christmas. Was very satisfied with the quality of the jacket... Thank you 😊

I ordered a cap and hoodie for my husband; he was so delighted. He is a cancer survivor and has COPD. This organization is so professional; they made sure I received his order before the holiday. His smile was worth ordering from Proudvet365. I recommend that if you have a family member who is a service veteran, order them any of these products and watch the smile on their face.

Originally the add I saw was for a military service jacket. I asked if they had a dual service jacket as my husband has served in both the Navy and Army. They said they did not have one but would work on a design for one. True to their word they designed one. By the time I decided to order it I did not believe it would be in on time for Christmas. Iwas slow in ordering because I was not sure if the company was trustworthy. I get nervous about ordering from sites I find on Facebook. However, I was thrilled! Not only did it come in on time for Christmas but it was perfect and my husband loved it! I am sure I will do further business with this company.

The customer service they provide is outstanding along with the products they sell. I messed up my order and they fixed it. My Grandson is on active duty. I saw a shirt I wanted but it said "veteran" on it. I asked if they could change it because of his AD status. No problem. Like I said, outstanding customer service!

Lisa's willingness and effort in creating an awesome personalized project for the office. Also, her ability to handle and resolve the shipping issues encountered.

My phone case arrived within a timely matter. I notice a small mistake. I notified the customer support with a photo of the error. They reached back to me and are remaking my phone cover free of charge. That is OUTSTANDING customer support.

I ordered my daddy a jacket from PROUD VET 365 and when it arrived and he saw it he was initially surprised and I could see how proud he felt as he slipped it on and how he was gonna hold his head high wearing it! I am so satisfied with this website and I suggest it to everyone!! I only wish I could share the picture of him wearing it proudly on here.

Even though I could not speak to a person their customer service is wonderful, they responded to my messages and emails quickly.

I realized the jacket I ordered was not the one I wanted. They fixed it after I contacted them. I received the zip up hoodie yesterday. It is incredible. I love the design and the colors so much that we ordered another one for my brother-in-law.

They took a little longer but normal to get but well worth it. I have two veterans I love , husband Vietnam, dad Korean. They were so pleased and happy, both put them on right away. Vibrant colors and decals are amazing . Will definitely order again, only I won’t be a last minute order this time.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, it ain't gong to happen again. This is not a USA based company. It is London GB/UK based company with financial transactons and the money we spend on their products being deposited in accounts hosted in GB/UK. It looks like the products are being made in Vietnam. Given many of the comments on this page this is why those having problens, have them. No more ProudVet365.com for this Veteran.

got mine today. wow...what a disappointment. product was no where near what was described. also, U.S. Veterans deserve to wear military apperal that is made in the USA, everyone be aware these products come from wuhan china

I was a little leery making a purchase on Facebook, but I ordered an army jacket for my husband. When I received it, the quality is very good. I love the quilting inside and the colors are very vibrant on the outside. The size was too big so I’m exchanging it for a smaller size.
