I ordered a Jacket and received it in an orderly amount of time. The only problem on my end is that I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company and received an email back the same day confirming that they will replace it with the proper size. I'm very happy with their response to rectify the problem. By the way I love the look of the Jacket.

I BROUGHT A LEATHER JACKET BEING A U.S.A.F. VETERAN AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT IT WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED. THE PRICE I PAID WAS LESS THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD COST. GETTING A LEATHER JACKET FOR LESS THAN $100.00 TO SHOW MY PRIDE WAS WORTH IT.

The shirts looked and felt great. I ordered a size too big and they were great about getting me the size I needed. Really good experience with this company.

I am a proud Veteran. I ordered the telephone case for my iphone and was pleased with it so I ordered the hoodie. The service is impeccable. The company kept me aware of what was going on during the shipping process. I will order from them again in the future.

I waited in anticipation to receive my CG vet jacket. It came in great condition for the packing jacket great. My problem was the jack was a extra large and I ordered a large but I thing the jackets run larger than the stated. Contacted the company and they are rectifying the problem and I await my correct size jacket.

Complaint Against Proudvet365

I want to warn others about my experience with Proudvets. This company is misleading and dishonest. I ordered a USMC hat from them for $35.98, and after waiting 12 days for delivery, I was extremely disappointed with what I received.

The hat looked sharp and professional in their online photos, but the actual product is flimsy, cheaply made, and feels like someone just stenciled over a blank cap. It is nowhere near the quality they advertise, and I could have purchased something far better for much less money.

It is shameful for a company that claims to honor veterans to sell such poor-quality merchandise and exploit fellow vets. If they truly cared, they wouldn’t cheat customers with products like this.

Please do not buy from Proudvets. Share this with your friends, especially veterans, so they don’t fall into the same trap. For reference, this product was advertised to me directly on Facebook.

I got hubby 2 zipups for veterans day and Marine Corps birthday and he did not like the way they fit him and asked if i could exchange them for something else. I emailed and got a response almost immediately. And, yes, I could definitely exchange them. This was the easiest and most efficient process ever.

Enthusiastic, positive communication. Ordered a custom made iPhone cover for myself a Marine Corps veteran. The quality was just outstanding and the detail is most impressive. I’d give it 10 stars if the capability was available. Perfect fit at a great price.

I messed up my own order,and after receiving the wrong hoodie I contacted customer support. Within 24 hrs they responded and offered to send the hoodie I originally thought I ordered at no cost to me. The quick response to my issue and the quality of the service was outstanding. I’m very pleased and happy with the new hoodie and the way my mistake was taken care of . I”m looking forward to doing business with proudvet 365 in the future.

I ordered a hoodie and a bomber jacket and am still waiting for the shipment to arrive. I will say that this company has been very faithful to me and I appreciate everything that they do. This company shipped my hoodie and bomber jacket soon after I ordered them and know I will receive my hoodie and jacket.soon. I have ordered before from this company and they are very faithful wih us Veterans.

I was very skeptical ordering from a company I didn’t know at first, but then I realized that it’s for a good cause. The quality of their product is outstanding . I ordered a Hoodie and just love the quality and work that went into it. I have only one issue and that was my fault l ordered the wrong size. I’m very happy with the quality of company work and will be looking forward to ordering from them again.

I am so pleased to deal with a company that has great customer service to help with issues and orders. I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the merchandise that I ordered. In the beginning, I was skeptical ordering from a company. I don’t know about.

First, I ordered the America's 250th Anniversary hat. I chose three colors and they were VERY nice! Later, I ordered the US ARMY hat in two different designs. All the hats were AWESOME. My correspondence with the customer support team has been stellar! I highly recommend Proudvet365. Great company, providing excellent products and service.

They were willing and helpful to help with my exchange of a size that didn't fit my husband. They got back to me in a timely manner and it was appreciated. My husband loves the sweatshirt and can't wait for correct size to be delivered.

The quality of product shown online is what you receive. Quality workmanship is evident in your purchase. Excellent response time in customer service.

the Bomber jacket I ordered was beautiful, and although a name was left off the original order Proudvet365 customer service fixed the small issue and made the correction hassle free. I will absolutely use them for future personalized orders .

I ordered a U.S. Army Veteran flag. Looks real nice and love the double sided design. Customer service with Amber has been excellent!!!
So I couldn’t stop there. I have a new zippered hoodie and a new bomber jacket on the way.
