Quick service, product was exactly as described, reasonable prices.
I had a very good experience using Prune Danish to order a case for my new phone. I had a telephone conversation with them prior to ordering online, and the gentleman that i talked to was so very pleasant and helpful. i definitely will order from them again should they have what I need. Good service, product was as described and exactly what I ordered at a reasonable price.

Slowest shipping ever.
Regardless of the fact that the item was shipped from a location less than 450 miles from my location, it took well over a week to arrive. I could have walked there faster. I will spend the extra $.35 (which was the difference between PruneDanish and others) and get my product faster. 2 stars only because there was no malicious intent or I'd go with 1 star.

Bad Taste from Danish
Received a defective product and CS emailed me and said to contact the manufacture that made it to have it covered under warranty. I guess the 30 day money back guarantee means nothing. First time purchase at PruneDanish and most likely my last.
"Update, I replied to the email that was sent with pictures of the defective part (their request) and have not received any response after several days. When I see all the 5 star reviews I guess I have to assume I just happen to be really unlucky. The 1 star rating says it all "unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
