Once again thank you to PSR Parts for their professionalism
I would just make a remark for carbon products
It should be indicated on the website that the products are not in stock and that there is a delay of between 3 weeks and 35 days (mirror covers at TRW as was my case)
Otherwise order with your eyes closed they are at the top at PSR

Easy buying process
Easy buying process, good delivery but carbon tail with a pair of holes in the surface that contacts with car shape that must be drilled out to avoid scratches when glued to the car.
I´d recommend future purchases by the way.

Hi Vahid, we are still in contact with our courier, see below for the tracking link as it is still on the way. As we received your review, we called PostNL again, and they can't tell us anything about the progress.

We understand the confusion. As mentioned in our email per 20th of March, the shipment may take up to 21 days. The shipment has been sent on the 9th of March. We haven't received your response to this email from you if you'd like to continue this shipment or what other steps you wish from us. The courier PostNL unfortunately can't track in between the countries.
We are happy to send you a new set if the kit is lost, however, to Kosovo the services apparently take very long and we can't guarantee it will be there quicker with the same or another service. Unfortunately shipping to Kosovo is about patience. We are currently checking other shipping services for you to see if sending a new set with another courier will be quicker. Your address in Kosovo is unfortunately difficult and long to ship to with standard courier services.
We are happy to cancel the order and refund, however we kindly request you to ship back the shipment after it arrived.
