Their attentive, empathetic listening made me feel truly heard and understood, which was incredibly reassuring. This compassionate approach helped address my issues with genuine care, leading to an effective treatment plan tailored to my needs. The admin team was also efficient and responsive, ensuring a smooth, stress-free process from start to finish. I've been a patient for i think 3 years now. Phone numbers and email addresses work, easy to talk to a real person who resolves questions effectively. The life admin aspect of it works well.
I've had the same doctor through diagnosis and starting medication. He answers emails and I feel he knows me personally. I am still waiting on NHS services to take over my consultant level care and I'm glad the private provider I chose has turned out to be reliable and efficient as I'm still having to pay for reviews.

Dr Mihaylova made me feel very comfortable aboutr discussing my mental health and how we could improve, firstly without medication but also discuss all other options available. I highly recommend taking the first step and book an initial consultation.

It was really easy to book and pay for my appointment online. I was seen quickly and was able to have my appointment via Zoom. Dr Duffett was kind. He listened to me carefully, provided sensible advice and reassurance, and issued my prescription the same day.

Exceptional team. My clinician helped me to understand things about myself that I never previously had answers for. Would recommend Psymplicity to anybody who is seeking an ADHD assessment and is able to go privately.

Dov Levy was very proactive on chasing my diagnosis letter which was needed with urgency, my experience prior to diagnosis with Dr Richard Duffet has also bene amazing, so far I would recommend psymplicity and special thanks to Doy levy for outstanding customer service.

After some consideration and complex circumstances I decided to go privately. This was/ is a serious financial investment for me, but to date I can share that it's been worthwhile and valuable.
Efficient, thorough, professional, empathic, assuring, caring and validating.
The outcome redefined my recent history and gave resonance and clarity to my difficulties as I finally accept and absorb the fact that I needed to access help.

I've been a patient of Psymplicity for over 2 years. I'm prescribed medication via shared care. This has been fine up until the recent medication shortage. My GP agreed to switch me to short acting medication (same drug & same dose), but just needed the 'ok' from my psychiatrist.
On 30.08.24 I called to make this simple request, I have since chased this up a further 4 times and still not received any response from my psychiatrist.
I have been without medication for over 2 weeks now, this could have been easily sorted out before it ran out. I am at a loss as to what to do- how can a psychiatrist just ignore their patient? Or is my psychiatrist on long term sick leave or deceased? No one seems to know... I do know I'm being treated appallingly.
I hope this review actually gets someone at Psymplicty to take action. Ps. I am fully up to date on my annual psychiatrist reviews.

Very happy with this company. The reason for 4 and not 5 is the Doctor was tardy with the report. Ed(Manager) and his admin team were excellent. Always friendly and polite. Extremely helpful and professional. Thank you. Phillip

Absolute charlatans. Disgraceful company who are simply out to get as much money as they can from people with absolutely no compassion or care for patients. I paid a £50 prescription charge just for them to issue the prescription, which I still haven’t received, only for them to tell me I needed to pay a further £285. I cannot afford this but they refuse to refund the £50 after months of emails. The email I sent after months clearly stated all my account details and information and their assistant claimed not to have received them? I had to send a second email so that she could actually process the information, which still apparently hasn’t been done. These people can’t even read an email correctly so please do not trust them with more serious matters regarding your health, I’ve never dealt with such incompetent people in all my life. It’s not a surprise at all to me that they are going under, and I seriously wish I hadn’t wasted any of my time and money dealing with them. Please please do not waste your time and money with these jokers, they genuinely deserve the bankruptcy and I hope they all have to sign on and get a taste of their own ridiculous medicine.

Dr Denitza Mihaylova assessed me for around 1 hour in an independent, from scratch assessment/interview. She discussed my childhood through to present day, mental health history, original diagnosis after an RTA in 1995. She covered absolutely everything. This has NEVER been done by the NHS in the 30 years that I have been in the system.
After 8 days, she produced an official, well-presented, easy-to-read 3.5 page report confirming my official diagnosis as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with elements of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). She has recommended that I stay on a maintenance dose of medication and use light therapy and vitamin D. She even recommended no follow-up, which she could have done if they were purely in it for the money.
Barry, my Case Manager was extremely polite, efficient, helpful and thorough at all times. Calls were answered quickly most of the time. He confirmed that I had opted out of all information sharing from the very beginning of the process.
I would recommend Psymplicity to anyone, providing the service is consistent. Highly professional, even though I had to wait longer than expected for the detailed and accurate report.
