PT Distinction Reviews 

I've been using this software managing 30-60 clients for 8 or so years now. My clients are extremely comfortable using it, which is the most important part for me. Making programs quickly is super easy, which works well for me as I am always in a rush with with my admin work. The food tracking is another highlight, allowing me to go back and forth with clients as we fine-tune their nutrition and benefit their lives. Excellent software.

Excellent app and very customizable. Tons of features can be streamlined and automated which has been a total game changer in running my business. Their customer service is excellent as well, I always get a quick response which is very much appreciated.

Comprehensive PT app

No other PT app has this much in-depth customization. If you're someone who cares about creating an amazing customer journey then this is the app for you.

There is a bit of a learning curve but they have an amazing YouTube channel (and another YouTube channel called PTDNinja) which explains in-depth how to use the app to the fullest.

Couldn't recommend it enough

PTD is a great software and definitely recommend it. Clients love it and great to have everything in one place. Enjoying it the max!!

There are so many great features that make this software top notch, many of which i've not seen in other apps like this. The AI program builder is a game changer. You may want to make a few tweaks after it generates a program but it saves so much time. The huge time saver is Groups though. Once you have a few groups set up, you can pick and choose what clients may need in terms of types of programs/coaching materials, just add them to the group and its ready to go. I'm not going to write about every feature here but If they're still doing the free trial, give it a try. No trial? It's worth it anyway!

The app is not responding and has no place to ask for help also the website sends me straight to the buying options instead of the login page!

The app itself is wonderful but my problem comes with customer service. I have been over seas for 3 years and still being charged on an account I cancelled and no longer have access to. I have emailed with the support team on numerous occasions asking to cancel this and was told they would but I’m continually being charged. I received different answers from the representatives, one said I would be refunded, one said I wouldn’t, but all said they would have my account cancelled to ensure there would be no more payments and 3 years later I’m still being charged with some charges of outing twice in one month. I don’t know what the issue is here and hope to get some help but I can only recommend to be cautious when dealing with this service.

PT Distinction allowed me to coach in the exact way I wanted to. It enabled me to link my existing nutrition spreadsheets to their software, as well as connecting all of my clients' MyFitnessPal accounts to it also, so I could easily review their data.

I can schedule my educational emails to go out for the entire year, programme their training plans and setup pretty much any other custom feature I choose.

Their isn't a great deal you can't do with this software.

I tried a total of 8 online coaching softwares (Trainerize, Quickcoach, Truecoach, Mystrengthbook, Coachcatalyst, Mypthub, Kahunas, PT Distinction) and PT Distinction stood out as the best one for my online fitness coaching business. Highly recommended!

PT Distinction has by far been the best App I’ve used as a personal trainer. All my clients have found it easy to use and only have good things to say. It creates a professional platform for my programs to be written and delivered. Great program writing features. Would recommend! 👍

Everything about the app is great and the support team are really helpful. It’s got everything I need for coaching my clients.

Used 2 other Apps for my clients. PTD is soooo much better - ease of use and great exercise library. Support is prompt as well.

Once again, another gutter poor experience. I contacted PTdistinction on Friday because the software was not working as intended for one of my clients.

I got a reply from PTD the next day asking me what my clients name was. I replied immediately and then NOTHING

If you value customer service and your product working as intended. DO NOT USE PTD. Only reason I haven’t canceled is because the migration of data to another service will be a nightmare.

Also—if you see my last review for PTD, they replied to it gaslighting me, saying that I “wasn’t actually a client and that I work for a competitor”.. none of which is true. I am a client (unfortunately)

As I mentioned before, there needs to be BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no phone number, no instant chat, nothing but the hopes that maybe over the course of 5 days you can get something accomplished

I honestly want 6 months of service for free. PTD has been nothing but an expensive headache

I have used other platforms before such as Bridge and Trainerize, but PT Distinction is by far the easiest and quickest to use and build programs for clients. PT Distinction has tons of videos if you haven't yet created your own and is able to perform other functions such as habit tracking, nutrition etc. They have a Master Class where you can learn all the ins and outs included with your membership. With the new AI functionality, you can quickly create a template and customize it with your coaching skills to tailor it for your clients. The customer service is top notch and they strive to solve your problems. They want you to be successful I can't recommend PT Distinction enough!

I love this software, it ticks ALL the boxes for me as an online personal trainer. Having FREE access to the PTD university and PTD Ninja means I can build my business or get help as needed. The functionality in PTD for adding videos appeared to not be working and I emailed a question and within 12 hours (mostly overnight) I received a full and comprehensive response from Ila. Couldn’t be more pleased with my choice of trainer App, this will do online and offline delivery of sessions and so much more :))

This app has amazing features that make life as an online coach so easy and srmtraught forward. Any queries I have I get response very quickly. Extremely happy with the service
