Bought a diamond ring here travelling through in Feb 2025, within 12 hours on returning to Ireland 1 stone fell out and a further 2 fell out a few weeks later! I sent it back through Abu Dhabi with a friend in May of 2025 to be repaired, they claimed it was my fault and so charged me for the repair! As of yet (APRIL 2026) I still have not received my ring, they will not post it to me and as I don’t travel through AUH all the time I haven’t been able to collect, I have twice sent emails giving permission for friends to collect it at the store and despite assuring me they will be able, when they arrived to the store the ring wasn’t there! I wonder at this stage if they have just sold my ring to someone else and robbed me

Actual scam. Not a legitimate business

If I could give a less than 0, I would. Very deceiving tactics from salespeople that cost me to pay double the price. The customer service was equally bad. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They will confuse you between AED/ USD/ price per gram and then cheat you in the end. They don't even return your passport till you sign the receipt. Everything Abu Dhabi was so good till I encountered this horrible business

Scammers i am afraid, charge you double the price. refunds can only be processed by customer care, who dont respond to the email. Please avoid and dont if its Abu Dhabi all is perfect.

On 19-Sep-2025, I spent AED 47,686.50 here. The invoice promised a 15-day refund, but when I returned within 15 minutes, the staff member Janaki denied it and forced an exchange. The jewellery was at 2× market rate, leaving me with a ₹7.2 lakh loss even after exchange.
