Whats wrong with the website? It's been down for weeks...WTH!!!!!

I have been requesting information about the $80 order I made, no response. All I want is an update on my order status. Now the website is online but "not responding to connectivity requests". WTH? So the website is not communicating with me and no one over there is bothering to email me any replies via email. Just tell me what is going on with my order PLEASE!

Where is my order confirmation??

I ordered something and got a receipt, but nothing else, no tracking number, just how much they charged me. And now I cannot access the website. This must be fraud.

I have had great service and value from Pugster. I highly recommend them.

still waiting for my order confirmation/tracking number. Took my money and doubt il ever see it again :( this is disgusting....

I have not received my order and everytime I try to check my order status I get bad gateway I've been ripped off

Ordered product and paid extra for 2-day shipping. It has been 7 days. Nothing has been delivered. No response to any of my emails asking about the delivery status. Live Chat on their site is broken. Phone number listed on their website goes to a voicemail, which also gets no response.

I ordered an item from them earlier this week and only received a receipt and not a order confirmation, and that's the only way you can track your order. I checked spam. I've also emailed and tried calling and live chat isn't working. I just want to know where my order is. Very disappointed in Pugster, probably won't use them again.

I received my order promptly back in early March and I was satisfied with the majority of my order. However there are four Italian charms I have been trying to return for these past three months. I have the charms and the paperwork together & ready to ship but I cannot get a return authorization number from Pugster. Three emails have gone unanswered (and yes, I have checked my spam) and multiple phone calls (both during and outside of office hours) have gone directly to voicemail and remain unanswered these past three months. I was trying to return the product in a timely manner but the website clearly states not to return items without the authorization number. For both methods I have left my name, email address, phone number & invoice number. I was very pleased with the company - the product, the price, the prompt delivery & the website itself. But this "return" experience would definitely cause me to think twice before ordering again.

Please just send me a return authorization number!!!!!!!

I received an email with only the total of my order and nothing else. It's been over a week since I made my purchase. I still have not gotten my order.

They are the worst you never get to their customer service phone line, because your always being forward to a voicemail. Then if you send a email they never reply. I ordered my rings in the beginning of December it's January now no update on my rings or tracking number or nothing, but I bet you they took my money. I still haven't received my rings they were only suppose to take 2 weeks to come it's past 2 weeks. They will NEVER have to worry about me ordering from them EVER again

ordered mothers ring in november, got a emailed receipt for my purchase but it didn't say what I actually purchased and the amount DID clear my bank right away! Never heard from them again. Emailed more than once (no response ever), live chat several times (always says they are not online but to send anyway and they will get it) and even left message (phone goes to machine not to a person).....I don't mind reporting the charge as fraud to my bank and getting my money back, it's the fact that it's almost Christmas and I don't have the ring! It's the poor customer service and the rip off in general that makes me post this!

I'm unsatisfied. No tracking number was sent with my confirmation email. I could not respond to the email as it came back as denied. This is supposed to be a Christmas present for my mother in law.

**update, almost as soon as I posted this review they emailed me my confirmation number with apology of me not receiving it before and also commented on my review to let me know to check my spam folder. I appreciate the quick response and look forward to my package arriving.

My order plus tax totally is about $100. Most are regular price items. Not to mention receiving one set with a earring broken, all the items looks really cheap and not delicate at all !!! Do not worth the money. Even though not expensive, I would not even spend a penny for these which I won't ware at all !!!

They described some as marino glass. But it is totally different than those my friend gave to me from Europe. What my friend gave to me were really delicate, bright, shining and beautiful. But what I received are really low and cheap looking (even not need to compare to what my friend gave me). All of them has a much lighter color than in the pics, the size are huge and so heavy, much bigger than expected. Not even one looks delicate at all. Very coarse crafts. Many have crack inside. or tear outside (already ugly and even do not look new).

I ordered 4-5 sets and some other items on sale. All the things are squeezed in a very small package (I even can't remember what small stuff I ordered recently). All the things are put in a even more cheap looking small plastic bag. Just feels like I ordered a package of garbage... I ordered free gift box which is optional at check out. Only receive a tiny box which is very hard to be opened (coarse crafts) and too small for any of my orders ...

I want to write reviews but they need my name and email. So I wrote. It said success but after I refresh I can't see my review on the page. I can't believe who made those 5 stars reviews!!

This is just my experience with pugster.com. It is a google trusted store. I think the bar for google is toooo low. I will never order there again.

I put my order in on December 12,2105 and still have not received it!!! I call their 1800 number and it's a voice mail system...left a message and response....it says online that shipment is on its way but there is no tracking # to see when it coming...the shipping costs are very high considering the weight of the item is basically nothing....would never order from this website again....buyer beware!!!

I have been contacted by customer service and informed that my order is on its way.
Still only giving 3 stars as the "live chat" was not available and there was no answer on either of the two customer service lines. I tried several times in the day during regular business hours.

I have placed 2 orders with this company. On from their website, one on eBay. The first order of 6+ charms was incomplete with no explanation and took 2 weeks to receive. The eBay order turns out isn't even in stock yet they have multiple listings up for it. I paid expedited shipping to receive it in time for Holiday gift giving. As I have just learned this fact less than a week before gift exchange, I now must scramble elsewhere to purchase a gift. Yes, their item are great bargains.. if you get what you ordered.

This is my favorite place to buy Pandora-style beads. They have a lot of great markdowns, shipping is fast and the charms are so cute! I've also ordered an Italian charm watch, so now I have a new addiction. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend, and will order from them again!
