Terrible experience with delivery
I use pukka juice at least once a move I have no fault with them it's the delivery firmDPD I got a txt saying my parcel had been delivered to a neighbour I went to the neighbour they hadn't recieved it there are only 9 houses on my close I phoned Dpd they were adamant it hat been left with a neighbour I eventually y saw all 9 households none had my parcel I phoned dpd again the told me to try the next close along diff postcode I visited 5 homes on that close dpd told it could be at no 8 I visited no 8 again on both closes the next day a young man came from a totally diff address to the ones Dpd had told me and said he found my parcel in his bin cupboard I sent pukka juice a message on there website on sat but have received no reply
