Almost positive review

There was a issue when i tried to buy Office 2016, had to wait a week for the code, allmost tought i got scammed.
But thankfully the stuff took hold and i got my code, so all good, otherwise haven't had any problems buying other products.

Getting a new code

First of all it was my first time to see only an AI answer option with no gmail to write. I tried for a long time for the AI to send me a new code for my purchase but it turned out that I wrote it the wrong way. When I tried to write the right way the AI answerd me that it will contact with someone to take care of it. A new code came actually pretty fast. Experience was good but for a first timer I had to learn a little to communicate with AI correctly

Codes take alot of time to arrive and customer support is almost nonexistent

Ordered two codes(28.10) the payment went through 15:21, but no codes came. I tried contacting customer support for three hours with no success. Then sent an email to info@punktid to cancel my order, but they sent me an answer "Thank you for your patience and your order will be sent to you as soon as its ready" i replied that i don't want the codes anymore please cancel my order, but they sent me the codes anyway on 29.10 10:48.

The product was cheap and the code got delivered. Within 2 hours but I had no rush so no worries there. If only the customer service was more active I could've bought this a week ago. But thankfully everything went well and I cam enjoy my game. I hope this won't be the last time I get to use this website. 9/10 for sure

I bougt a code for xbox that does not…

I bougt a code for xbox that does not work. I even can not submit a complain, because system cant upload a problem screen photo tjat is required. I have lost many hours to solve or report this problem, but client sevice is not existing, no replies on chat bot. Bad, bad, bad company
