Received 2 PSN wallet codes from 3 I…

Received 2 PSN wallet codes from 3 I ordered. 2 was for 10 gbp and one I'm still waiting is for 50 gbp. Hope its not scam. Otherwise my bank will take action, good I have insurance. Next time I will order from other places like Kinguin.net. Bad feeling about my 3rd order... And sent 2 psn wallet cards instead of 3 is disrespect for customer. This is my last order from these fraudsters.

Update on 13.10.2025. After 30 hours 3rd key arrived. It's your choice if you want wait so long for purchased keys.

Codes are slow to arrive and little to no care about customers

Ordered codes that were available but somehow it takes them hours to send me few codes
Which by their standard available means you get it in few minutes...
Customer support is mostly abysmal, nonexistent.
I get better service from other sites.
Last purchase from this site for me. Slow, lack of respect for the customer and support being completely useless filled with shitty AI as per usual.

My Brother ordered codes for 500 Euro

My Brother ordered codes for 500 Euro, and they marked the order as fraudulent, taking 500 Euro hostage for 6 months, unless we send them a copy of a ID, which is totally insane.

Thank you for your comment. We understand your concern and would like to clarify the situation. We have a risk management system in place, flagging orders when the payer’s information does not match the billing details. In such cases, we may request additional verification to ensure that the person making the payment is aware of the transaction.

This procedure exists to protect our customers, as we have unfortunately seen scammers attempt to purchase high-value gift cards using unauthorized payment methods.

In this particular case, the orders have already been refunded to the customer, and no funds are being held by us.
