Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I am so angry that calls promised are not returned and no-one seems to be able or interested in resolving a credit for a returned item.

Disappointed

I’m very disappointed. Yesterday I ordered two garments that were due in that same day. I was told that they would be dispatched today. Now I have just received an email saying the garments will not be dispatched until 10th October, that is in 10 days time!! I was given no apology or explanation.

Your customer service is shocking

Your customer service is shocking, they are totally disinterested (the foreign speaking people who are difficult to understand) I wanted to cancel an order that it seems they couldn't be bothered to send, I had to give my name, address, and order number then they play music very loudly and disappear for 5 minutes, twice!!!!

So pleased with my Cardigans and Jacket

I’ve purchased two cashmere crew neck cardigans at £150 each. First time I’ve ordered such a cardigan from them but the colour and quality was very good. I couldn’t order the pink as it was sold out so I went to M&S and their product was very poor and thin in comparison, if cheaper.

Because I wasn’t able to source the pink cardigan I looked on their sale page and found the cotton wool blend Milano Jacket in Pink. The quality is very good, sizing right and it will go with many summer/autumn dresses. I wish they’d had the blue in my size I would buy that as well.

Overall very pleased with my purchases.

The only issue and reason for 4 stars is customer service. I note others have mentioned this. I called wanting to know when stock of heather pink cashmere cardigan would be expected, to be given the complete run-around. Not how I remember them when I had to contact them a few years ago. Customer service needs to be sorted. This can make or break a business. It takes a lot to retain customers and in the three purchases I’ve spent £380 in a month. Converse to that - it only takes one bad experience for customers to turn away. No company can afford to lose customers like this. So Pure Collection - Be aware.

The item I ordered was nice enough

The item I ordered was nice enough. It was in the sale, but as a summer weight sweater it was much thicker than it looked on the photos. What I'm annoyed about is that I hadn't realised that although I've paid for delivery, I now have to pay for the return - so that's almost £10 for nothing. I will never order from this company again because of this. It's basically robbery. Something to be aware of if you ever decide to risk buying from this company.

The sizes are not reliable

The sizes are not reliable. The customer service is disinterested and unhelpful. Following an issue with a pair of their jeans which were much larger than the same Jean in the same size that I had bought at an earlier date and their refusal to pay for the return, I will not shop with them again.

Initially order seemed to be lost

Initially order seemed to be lost. Contacted Customer Service who were very helpful. After 8 days Rose who was great re ordered the cardigan and gave a 10% refund. Garment received 24 hrs later.

Do not order

Do not order. Ordered three tops one was delivered in wrong size, returned and got refund despite asking for correct size. Other two supposedly delivered but not received. Scam company.

I was sent the wrong bag

The bag I received was not the one I had ordered and paid for. The invoice was for the correct bag. I was told I would have to sent the original back before they sent the correct one. I feel the correct one should have been sent immediately the error was acknowledged and a courier sent for the wrong one. I should not have to wait and be inconvenienced. There was not even an apology. Poor customer service!

So disappointed waited for two weeks for jacket to be delivered had to chase up as no communication from Pure …. They replied eventually informing me the order was cancelled and would return my payment. I feel very let down at the Lack of communication

Good communication and service

Unfortunately had to return a pair of Sale trousers that were too large. Received an acknowledgement within four days advising that a refund had been made to my account. Good service - as usual - and I wish the trousers had fitted as the style and quality were great!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I placed an order for some teousers from what I thought was a reputable company. They took my money but the trousers never arrived. The company were terrible to get in contact with, and when I finally did get a response they said they hadn’t taken my money. I contacted my credit card company who said the money had been taken but despite me sending proof, pure collection said I had not paid. After weeks I received a message saying they had got my money and it would be refunded. Which it was eventually.
I will never use Pure collection again. This company is based in China and does not have any customer care or concern department.
If I had read the reviews here before placing my order I would not have had to go through weeks of unpleasant chasing for my money to be returned. AVOID!!!!

I am surprised to see some bad reviews because my experience has always been good. Today, my hearing was rather bad but Rose took great care and patience in taking my order and making sure I was getting what I wanted. So 5 stars! Thank you
