Right from the start the service the staff gave me was absolutely amazing. They spoke with care and very polite. Never rushed me, explaining everything really well. I was kept updated all the time with a call and email. Just couldn’t have asked for anything more. I have used pure cremation more than once now and will keep using them. I would throughly recommend them.

Your wishes, your way.
Having seen numerous TV adverts and reading information sent via post I decided to set up a plan for myself and my wife. The process was simple and straightforward over the phone. Lucy was extremely helpful in setting everything up for me/us. With these plans set up now it removes the stress and fuss from family (ours is small and spread far and wide) having to deal with it all when the time comes. They can get together when it is convenient to them to 'celebrate' instead of being required to attend a specific, probably inconvenient, date/time through other processes. All documents and further information arrived within the week.
Very happy with everything and would recommend Pure Cremation to anyone in similar circumstances. Plus the available gift vouchers were a bonus.
