I was introduced to Pure Financial by a friend. Isabelle Tracey was my mortgage broker. It was a difficult case as it involved both a re-mortgage and a Mortgage raising capacity certificate for financial settlement, in my divorce case, in court. Isabelle was very professional, courteous, patient and sensitive. She provided important information throughout and matched me with the best lender given my circumstances. Furthermore, she worked really hard to ensure I met the court's deadline for submitting my mortgage raising capacity report. I have given her 5 star and I am really grateful for the work she did. She made a lot of difference at a very difficult time in my life. I will highly recommend Pure Financial Decisions to anyone, especially if you are going through a divorce.

This is one of the worst businesses I have come across. A gentleman called Jerry who is extremely pleasant but unfortunately he’s all talk and no substance. Came to our house to talk to us about our finances left without even checking our Proof of Identity, proof of address and statements which I then had to send on to him. He made an appointment for the following week to come and present to us but failed to turn up. When we called to complain to the office he got in touch and said it was taking a bit longer so we agreed for him to have some more time. In the meantime we had people ringing us up for home insurance and life insurance that Jerry had suggested. On 3 occasions I had to explain our life insurance to him as he just didn’t understand. Finally 3 weeks later he made another appointment to come and present to us only to cancel the day before he was due to come. I rang him the next day no answer and left a message asking for my documents to be returned to us. A week on we hadn’t heard anything or received our documents. Having called the office again I am hoping to receive these by the end of the week. I will never go near this business ever again - totally unprofessional.

We decided to remortgage our house to free up some equity for renovations and decided to use Naomi John as I'd met her in a networking group.

What a great service from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took us through the whole process quickly and easily.

She got us the best deal our circumstances and also helped us set up wills and trusts to protect our children which needed doing.

I cannot recommend her highly enough and will be sticking with her for anything we need doing in the future.
