I was notified my product had been…
I was notified my product had been delivered but it hadn’t. Contacted PureFormulas and they opened an investigation. Two days later it was delivered. Seems there is a disconnect between the company and USPS.

Item canceled without notification
One of my items was said to be "in process" for at least a week before it was canceled altogether, apparently. I did not receive notification of the cancelation and learned about it when I saw the refund on my credit card statement. Super disappointing as it was a time-sensitive product, and if I'd known sooner, I could have ordered a replacement.
