I have been ordering all my supplements from PureFormulas for a few years now. I have never been disappointed in any purchase including my recent restocking of my daily supplements, maple syrup and bath soap. One item had been out of stock, and I chose to be notified when it was back in stock, which I promptly ordered upon being notified of its restocking. Shipping time is always very quick too.

You suggested selecting a different delivery service that is not free. While that is true, you have a lot of complaints about later deliveries. You could select a more reliable carrier so that you did a better job of serving satisfied customers!
