Really happy with my new log cabin. The team arrived promptly and carried out the installation and very high standard.

We needed some additional help and support and that's exactly what we got! Hopefully the last shed we buy, so wanted to be sure about the quality, guarantee. etc. Our new Biohort shed actually exceeds expectations! We had a lot of accessories, which was a driving factor to the purchase the availability all were easy to fit and really robust.

How remarkable that you responded but fail to mention the base as I said was big enough and although you told us the base wasn’t big enough, we had done the correct size. I apologise for my error in saying it was a Keter when in fact it was a Lifetime shed.
However despite making the base bigger,(that was clearly not needed,) they wanted us to pay again, as we had already paid £510, we were reluctant to pay anymore. We built the shed ourselves, sadly as we made the base bigger, as they insisted it was not big enough, it now has a 1 foot unnecessary border. !!!! We have not been offered a refund for the work they failed to do, so £510 we were charged for one man to come a day and a half late to tell us our base was too small. I would like a refund minus your petrol and I won’t charge for the unnecessary concrete base extension we had put in, even though it was not needed. Shocking service to date, i live in hope of a refund although its been 3 weeks now and i have not had any contact.

I have changed from a one-star rating to four stars. Pure Garden Buildings did their best to resolve my concerns. It was also their supplier's error, not theirs.

I recently purchased a large shed from Pure Garden Buildings for £2,500. The delivery date was confirmed by their supplier, and based on this, I booked someone to assemble the shed for me at a cost of £200 per day.

Unfortunately, the wrong shed was delivered. As a result, I had to pay £200 to the person I had booked for assembly, but Pure Garden Buildings refused to cover this cost, even as a gesture of goodwill.

The wrong shed is currently taking up an incredible amount of space in my house, causing a lot of stress and inconvenience. I am still waiting for a collection date for the incorrect shed and a delivery date for the shed I originally ordered.

I am very disappointed with the service and lack of accountability from Pure Garden Buildings. I expected better.

I purchased a plastic shed on 5th April 2024 for just over £3000 which included a £510 assembly fee.I Got a delivery/assembly date of 29th April, when the date arrived one man arrived to say that his mate did not turn up this morning, I then gave him some help to unload shed,I then got a new assembly date of 10th May , this time 2 men arrived but they proceeded to tell me the base was not suitable.My previous 16ft x 8 ft shed had been on this base for the last 14 years. I even offered to sign a disclaimer to say that i was responsible for any issues arising but to no avail.
I chased a new assembly date to be told that i need to pay another £510 assembly fee and get a new concrete base (at great expense). I reluctantly paid another £510. After numerous calls and also email conversation with director (Tab) I was told that they did not have any dealing with logistic only sales. I eventually got a new assembly date of 27th June. The day arrived and one guy turns up and proceeds to assemble shed in 6 hours. I have just paid £1020 for a one man 6 hour assembly. Terrible cutomer service and approx 3 months timescale for new shed.

A search for manufacturer of this toy, lead to this supplier and after reading reviews we purchased via secure method.
It's gone very well. I made contact regarding delivery as had no acknowledgement email from the company, the pleasant and helpful response was immediate and delivery was arranged quickly.
The toy is as described, genuine product at half the price listed elsewhere.
Assembly took two (capable DIYers) three to four hours. We worked between the instructions and the video. We needed both, so better to YouTube before starting.
To note, the instructions at stages say finger tighten only. Reviews say don't over tighten the bolts and it's easy to strip bolts by use of power tools. This is the key.
Bolts at some stage must be unscrewed to add the wing section.
If any bolts don't tighten, ensuring the holes are totally lined up, lay it flat aligned with nothing raised or on end and when the structure is aligned, the bolts tightened ok.
Some reviews said no pre drilled holes. There are two sets of straight poles, one has three holes, one has five. The holes were all there.
Very good experience.

Pretty awesome to get assembled s as me smell fresh cedar wood. Kids played it loved it and it got on the porch of our cabin. Seller handled an issue I had and I’m satisfied all around now.

Cute small playhouse for up to 5 years I’d say. Older kids can still squeeze in :)

I like that it has large openings in the front and windows all round, it provides plenty ventilation and I needn't worry about my veggies getting cooked in the heatwave as I did with the glasshouse.

Perfect fit and big. Plenty of room for even bigger plants.

I wasn't expecting the quality of this to be as good, it is strong enough to have withstood some High winds already. Open the front panel door, and the heat comes out to meet you. My plants are growing like wildfire, it's amazing.

We orderd a simple 8 x 6 garden shed. It arrived after a rather long wait and after an even longer one waas erected by the insatllers who we paid for. Once up I noticed multiple faults with the structure. Distorted and warped boards, described and planed finished were actually rough sawn, many nails incorrectly driven and proud of the surface, other having split the rough planks, door fits poorly, floor has so many gaps between the boards you don't need a dustpan and bruah to sweep up, just sweep all through the gaps etc. In spite of many e-mails back and forth from my wife we have had no satisfaction with the company or product. I would certainly never buy from them again and were it not for the fact have been quite ill would have put this review up earlier. Save your money and go for a local supplier who does not use multiple sources and you can see exactly what you are buying beforehand. Our shed is a disgrace and so is their customer service.
