We orderd a simple 8 x 6 garden shed. It arrived after a rather long wait and after an even longer one waas erected by the insatllers who we paid for. Once up I noticed multiple faults with the structure. Distorted and warped boards, described and planed finished were actually rough sawn, many nails incorrectly driven and proud of the surface, other having split the rough planks, door fits poorly, floor has so many gaps between the boards you don't need a dustpan and bruah to sweep up, just sweep all through the gaps etc. In spite of many e-mails back and forth from my wife we have had no satisfaction with the company or product. I would certainly never buy from them again and were it not for the fact have been quite ill would have put this review up earlier. Save your money and go for a local supplier who does not use multiple sources and you can see exactly what you are buying beforehand. Our shed is a disgrace and so is their customer service.

I purchased a wooden chair 11.9.23 which arrived in good time but was full of cracks and very discoloured and poorly stained. I arranged for the chair to be collected on the 11th October and despite emailing and ringing I still have not received my refund. 17 days and counting

I have used this company a few times for garden furniture and planters. The quality of the products has been of the highest standard as was the customer service and the guys who put together the benches for me were great. Delivery was easy and on time.

Don’t buy it from them they are too slow (just go to an argos wtv, just a bit more expensive), and especially don’t buy installation service because they ruin your schedule by promising showing up and multiple times they aren't. I regretted dealing with them. They seem to focus on putting up multiple sister websites that actually channel people into the same place, the whole thing is borderline scammy.

Edit: this is falsely flagged, apparently they are trying to discredit me. It has happened to me, in fact I have received text message at the evening of the day I pulled up the shed myself that he would come at that evening and build the shed in 2 hours. I can imagine the quality. He said sorry he had personal issues. (Is that true.. God knows, anyway do not deal with them.)

Bought a shed from another website including installation services by pure garden. The set expectation was 7 days from delivery and it has been nearly 2 weeks and I don’t even have a date. Customer service not even responding. Very poor service

We got new garden shed and Pure Garden Buildings quoted us for installing it. They came all the way from England to Scotland to do what can only be described as an aweful, shoddy and downright dangerous piece of work. To cut a long story short, a shed which is supposed to be bolted to concrete base with 10 bolts, it was only held by 3 which didn't even have raw plugs. More than 60% of the bolts and screws were either missing or not tightened at all. One door panel was fitted upside down and the locking system was like fitted by some novice. The whole thing wobbled. If you re thinking of engaging them for this type of work, be warned.

There are great products and suppliers of such products out there. Sadly, what's harder to find is good customer service and Pure Garden Buildings have nailed it. It was a great experience communicating with this company and even when we encountered a couple of bumps, they came into their own in dealing with the issues. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. And they have great products to boot. I purchased a Biohart shed which I would strongly recommend

On April 9th, via Amazon, I ordered a garden table from Pure Garden. The item was showing as in stock on the company website. I was quoted a delivery date of late May. I thought this was quite a long time to wait, but if that was the best they could do, fair enough.

Around 23rd May I received notification from Amazon that the item had been despatched. A week went by and nothing arrived, so I enquired and discovered that Pure Garden didn’t in fact have any stock, nothing had been despatched, and they had no real idea when stock would arrive.

Let’s cut a long story slightly short; various emails passed back and forth, various delivery dates came and went, until hooray; Pure Garden advised me that delivery would take place week beginning 19th July.

When nothing arrived that week I contacted them to double check … did they actually mean this year or next? Apologies were profuse, but I was told I would definitely have it week commencing 26th July. Unfortunately, I advised them, I was going to be on holiday that week, but no problem, my neighbour would accept delivery for me. I was persuaded that it might be better to wait until I had returned, and take delivery this week, commencing 2nd August.

You can probably guess what comes next … apparently the manufacturer will have the item in stock week commencing 16th August (in stock that is, no delivery date promised). I have also been told that the manufacturer has contacted me with an update … that’s another lie - they haven’t!

Throughout this whole saga (I check every couple of days to be sure) the item I have ordered continues to be shown as ‘in stock’ on the Pure Garden website.

Possibly the worst garden suppliers in the world, definitely the most shambolic and incompetent operation I have ever had dealings with. I’ll continue to wait for my order, I’m now fascinated to see just exactly how bad they can be!

I have had an exceptional service to date with Pure Garden Buildings. Starting with Delivery, the delivery guys went above and beyond. The delivery notice stated delivery to the door. It was heavy rain but seeing I was the only one here they actually carried the very heavy boxes through to the garden for me. This was not an easy task as the side entrance is narrow so they couldn't use the trolley. I couldn't thank them enough. Then when arranging assembly, Charlotte who took my call, again went above and beyond to arrange an early appointment, keeping me fully informed every step of the way. It's nice to see that customer care still exists.
Update: I had the shed assembled by the guys from Pure Garden Buildings yesterday. Couldn't be more pleased, they did a fabulous job.
Would definately recommend this company.
