So easy to join
So easy to join! All online and easy to follow. First session, access via pin was easy and the gym was spotlessly clean and spacious.

I liked the gym but could be some improvements made
I liked the gym, but I wasn’t fond of the layout. I believe the treadmills would be better placed downstairs, where it’s more airy, rather than facing a blank wall. The monitors are positioned too high, making them hard to see, which is especially frustrating since, as we all know, treadmill workouts can be tedious.
When I first arrived, I couldn’t find the changing rooms or the way to get upstairs. I admit that might just be me, but I felt a bit silly wandering around until I realized I had passed the stairway to the upper level when I entered.
Additionally, I needed a lock for the lockers, but the machine was out of order. As a result, I had to leave my belongings in an unsecured locker.

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.
