Pure gym - Tremendous Facilities and Access
For a person who is body conscious, the 24 hour availability works brilliantly so that when I go in the early hours it is very quiet and it means I can use all the equipment I need and do not feel embarrassed about how I perform

Melting in the gym
Way too hot sticky and smelly in this gym in this weather. Once again the aircon isn't working 😩
It will probably be working by winter so we all freeze.
It shouldn't be so hard to make sure aircon is working. Everywhere else manages it.

Air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym

Great midweek taster session
Had a great taster sessions at Pure Gym Aintree. I went with my husband and used the press up and sit up stations. Also did a sprint on the treadmills which were in good condition, and tried the step machines.
We went midweek around lunchtime and the gym was suitably busy but not overly so. We still found machines to use and didn't have to wait for one.

I can attest to the responsiveness and…
I can attest to the responsiveness and friendliness of your front desk staff on Saturday, she was quick enough to help resolve a challenge I had while I tried to punch in the pin sent to my email to access the gym. However, there was no gym support staff available to assist me being the first user. There was a period when I fell unconscious momentarily after a section but a fellow user came to help me up. i hope there will be an improvement next time I come visit.
