Tons of equipment, friendly staff (well, mostly) and people who go there always seem mostly nice. Been going for a little over a year now and it's a nice place, don't think I'd go anywhere else

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Good but grubby
Equipment was plenty and was good. Not too busy.
No staff on duty so bins were overflowing with towels and noticed cobwebs on the ceilings. General feeling of grubbiness. Not enough handsantisers. Just me tbf

Great Place
Great place, always see staff present that are polite and willing to help. Equipment is well maintained and all at a bargain price. Can’t go wrong really. Only consideration for PureGym is to maybe look at the introduction of a recovery area with equipment like compression boots, local therapists etc

Joining as my friends buddy, fill in all the information and then get taken to a page asking me to enter my email address and pin...I don't have a pin?! Sent though a forgot pin email as it was my only option, and received nothing! Absolutely useless. Just want the code to be able to go to the gym with my friend as her buddy!

Excellent experience signing up. Easy, quick and efficient. Look forward to training every day 💪 gym is stylish and has a fresh look. Atmosphere is great and the choice of music is suitable for most. A variety of equipment and classes to choose from. For all ages.

Having not been to a gym in over…
Having not been to a gym in over 3years. It was simple to set up. Staff seem friendly and welcoming. Can get a bit busy at times but same for gyms everywhere.

Good facilities, was able to get on everything I wanted to without waiting. People were wiping down their equipment after use.

Good facilities and availability of equipment with 24/7 access. Shame they have let the cleaning station on the first floor at Andover Gym deteriorate especially with promises of an upgrade/replacement for over a year?

PureGym prides itself on being able to offer state of the art fitness facilities to our members in a safe and welcoming environment. We developed industry-leading cleaning and hygiene protocols to help keep our members and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, with the reduced risk and in line with the Government’s ending of legal restrictions, we have decided to remove self-cleaning stations in our gyms, which will also support our sustainability objectives by reducing our paper towel waste. We’re proud to say that many of the protocols implemented during lockdown, such as frequent and regular cleaning, and improvements to our air ventilation systems, will continue to be a core part of our TrainSafe Commitment.

Good range of machines
Good range of machines, helpful staff and a good temperature for exercise even now it is winter.
But not all of the rower machines seem to be working and, as well as sorting this, I suggest that one of the rowers should be moved so that there are two upstairs - i think there is room for two upstairs while not really room for three downstairs (two are often parked vertically to save space).
