Tons of equipment, friendly staff (well, mostly) and people who go there always seem mostly nice. Been going for a little over a year now and it's a nice place, don't think I'd go anywhere else

Overall very good, but they really need to do something about the smell from the urinals that hits you as soon as you walk into the changing rooms.

The men's changing room is foul, the toilets are disgusting and the urinal's and sinks stink. Also the showers are ice cold. I've had a year off and after coming back cannot believe the state of the gym as a whole, it's was always clean and tidy before I had my break. Only keeping my membership because its 24 hours. Do better and sort the gym's cleanliness out please.

Open 24hrs is so useful and the only gym in the area open all times. Staff are also all very welcoming and lovely.

I’ve just moved here from another gym and I’m gutted. The majority of the equipment is old, stiff and scruffy. Are there any plans to replace with new equipment? The seats on the majority of the machines are split and worn away, the mechanics are stiff and get stuck. The feet and leg pads are either falling or have fallen off. I’m guessing it just doesn’t get the investment as it’s a smaller gym.

Great gym with everything you need at anytime of the day or night. However, if you truly value your health, please do not enter the men’s toilets/showers! Quite frankly, they are disgusting & are unfit for public use. I’m fairly positive that if this was reported to H&S that this site would be closed, it’s that bad!

Loved the 24/7/365 access to a gym. Perfect for me so that's 5stars always.
Sadly, the Andover gym was... Dirty, never cleaned, paper towels were left laying around for days if not weeks.
The sanitation units (and that's a good thing) were always broken or empty!
Seems to me, that No-one is on charge of any of that, which is kind of important, certainly after the last few years.

on the whole not too bad. Does look a bit scruffy and the music can be a bit too loud. the speed at which the machines are fixed could be improved, the stair climber machine has been out of action since i started going to the gym.

The equipment is poorly maintained, with both stair masters, bikes and running machines out of order. No gym equipment has changed, there is no new machines over a 2 year period.
The worst thing about the gym is the cleanliness. It is as if the place is never cleaned. There is a thick smell of sweat in the weights area downstairs and if you have to go on your hands and knees for an exercise you get up covered in dirt. The mens changing rooms are disgusting, with black grime and filth everywhere - most notably in the showers, toilets and sink.
The only reason I come back is that it is a 24 hour gym and that you can get a relatively good training session in.
The men’s bathroom is constantly disgusting. Never clean. Urinal leaks and unhygienic.

No response or acknowledgment to my previous feedback. Broken equipment and OOO changing rooms

Great gym at a great value. A very good range of kit and a very simple signing up process. I would 100% recommend taking a look, The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the constantly out of order Toilet Facilities across a few months. In such a critical time for cleanliness keeping the bathroom in good order should be a high priority.
Aaron is such a nice and approachable guy! I've cone across a few pt instructors that don't want to give advice if your not a client because it's not beneficial to them but Aaron is the absolute opposite, I had a single pt session with him when I first joined the gym and he put me at complete ease and comfort, told and showed me exactly how things should be done.

Had a great PT session with Aaron ‘coached by strong Azz’ he is welcoming and great for weight work /strengthening highly recommend!
