Great gym. Excellent equipment and facilities. Friendly and welcoming for gym goers of all skills and abilities. I particularly like the availability and structure that the fitness class options provide.

I've been to a few gyms and always felt pit of place. I eel so at hone here. The instructors are so helpful and very friendly they want you yo do your best. I feel so at home here, the music isn't to loud and there are quiet times to go. Thank you all so much 😄

Great value for money
I am enjoying the gym so far. Less expensive than my old one and a decent variety of early morning classes. Only improvement I could suggest would be for classes to be mixed up a bit so it's not the same thing every week? I love variety. Would be great if early birds could get the occasional step class or some body combat or something! 😊 But I love all the classes I go to, and the instructors are great.

No1 Gym
The gym has a really friendly atmosphere and the Personal Trainers are all lovely and totally approachable. I especially love all of the classes, I’d say I’ve tried most of them now!

Overcrowded..
Overcrowded... Very good gym, but you can't use any equipment. They have taken far too many members.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.

Great experience
Great experience, a lot of equipment that will suit all types of training that you may want to do. Relaxing atmosphere which I was happy with as I can get rather anxious, also, there are separate shower cubicles which I prefer as I am more comfortable with that. All in all a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with great, friendly staff that helps to guide you and give you assistance in how to use equipment if you are unsure. Oh and there are vending machines with drinks, protein bars etc if you want to buy them as well as free water to fill your bottle with to drink.

Best gym in Ballymena
Very happy that Ballymena finally has a Pure Gym. Since opening 2 months ago, I have lost 2 1/2 stone and that’s with the help from the fab instructors in the classes.

A fantastic gym
One of the best gyms I’ve been to, there is great equipment and lots of machines (as well as a great free weight area). A very friendly atmosphere and it is very welcoming to beginners. This gym has everything you need from beginners to proficient athletes.

Inadequate first aid kit
I tripped outside the gym recently and badly cut my knee and also cut my hand prior to attending a class at the gym. I found a fitness instructor inside the gym and asked for some plasters from a first aid kit. Unfortunately the first aid kit didn't contain any. Instead I received 2 antiseptic wipes which, while useful did nothing to stem the blood. I struggled in my class with a very bleeding knee and hands. I think this wasn't good enough at all and better first aid measures ought to be in place. Shocked.

I enjoy the gym again
Never really enjoyed going to the gym but going to Pure has changed this. It is a friendly environment, love the classes, they are challenging and supportive.
The gym is so clean, and it has lots of equipment and I never have to wait for a machine.
Added bonus is my gym membership is only £10.99 for the first year.
