Website said 24/7 I asked on posts and was assured it’s open 24/7, went for a workout slightly before midnight and put my stuff (house keys - motorbike keys - motorbike helmet - clothes - wallet etc in changing area, finished workout after 12 and went to get my gear & shower only to find doors all locked & was unable to get my personal stuff, vehicle & house keys & wallet all locked in. I had to walk home with no means of paying for a taxi nor being able to ring a taxi as my stuff was locked in the building. I had to climb in windows late on to get in my house. Total shambles & still not received an apology - equipment is crap as well, treadmills are crap that don’t even hold a water bottle, weights slip out of your hands and it’s small. Don’t waste your time here go on down the dual carriageway a mile to a proper gym (lifestyle)

Great equipment, All the equipment you could need, very spacious, clean, friendly atmosphere, staff very helpful and couple that with the free app, makes your workout an effective and enjoyable experience. With the training guide in the app as well as their trained staff to guide you , ensures a very enjoyable experience for beginners and regulars alike.

Fantastic gym and extremely good value for money. Great selection of machines and free weights, and the staff are very friendly. The gym itself is spotless too.

My only criticism is that the showers could be a tad warmer.

I joined this gym in order to attend pilates that was advertised as being 1 of the classes they were offering. However turns out they are NOT offering pilates! I attended a stretch class on the opening night. I waited longer for the class starting than the length of time of the whole class took. Very disappointed!

Clean, friendly staff plenty of equipment

Our instructor on the initial induction was super friendly and very knowledgeable he eased my fear & nerves! There was a lot of information to process i may to questions but i feel confident to do so. I would highly recommend this facility to the public!

We went for the first time this evening (opening day). Was a fantastic experience, really well laid out with changing rooms/toilet facilities on the second floor (they also have a lift). The equipment I used had explanations on how to use and each piece of equipment is colour coded in regards to which area of the body it is used to work. The equipment is all in the same area for each body part (eg all the equipment used to work your arms is in the same area). Good selection in the vending machines. Really clean changing area/locker area with hairdryers and a machine (costs £1) to measure your weight, height, BMI etc. Showers are decent too. Staff are incredibly friendly and always available to help if/when needed. Although we walked there is also free parking for a certain length of time. There is a Poundland next door too.

Only issues were there is only one cubicle for changing after using the shower and lockers were on the smaller side, however the pros definitely outweigh the cons!
