Relaxed atmosphere if you get in early on a weekday, after 5 can be too busy.
Clean gym area, shame the gents changing facility’s & toilets smell horrible and have done for weeks.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day.

Great gym with excellent location and priced …
I found the joining process very easy and great priced. The gym itself if located in easy position to access all local areas and motorway networks. Plenty of parking and a good well equipped gym. Staff are friendly and approachable and it attracts good friendly gym users. Very well priced compared to other gyms in my area, some 60% less costing. So overall the location and gym are perfect for me.. great job. Thank you.

Puregym to have no one at all come and greet me. So I was unable to see the gym so I joined on a whim.

We always advise that new members have an induction to ensure they are familiar with the lay out of the gym and understand how to use the different pieces of equipment. Inductions are usually placed on the class time table.
You can also get in touch with the Gym Manager via email, and an induction can be arranged for a specific date and time.
Alternatively, members are able to speak to the staff in the gym (if they are not on the gym floor, please feel free to knock on the staff room door) and have an induction. Thanks, PureGym.

My first class was cancelled.
To say I'm a new member and attended my first class I found the trainer rude and sharp like I should have known the equipment needed or what each move was.

We ask all members to be mindful of the time they spend on machines, but also recognise the important of rest in-between sets.
There are no rules against using your phone in-between working out. If you feel this is being abused however, please speak with your Gym Team in-branch who can assist further.
