Mens changing rooms need cleaned, Razors discarded in the showers, the toilets are absolutely wild, no soap, toilets (cubicles) a state and the urinal pads are growing some orange/yellow fungus not to mention the stench of them yet the toilet check sheets are all signed off.
The gym equipment is too close together with so much empty space not utilized to spread it out. This branch has dropped off a cliff in the last few years unfortunately, maybe the staff have been there too long and become complacent, a shake up might help.

Great experience with the team at Adelaide Street.
Gary and team are amazing

This PureGym has many flaws
- since they closed St. Anne's Square, this gym has become even more crowded than it was before, which is saying something
- the gym has a terrible layout over 3 floors
- it's not well enough maintained. Showers and shower area aren't cleaned regularly enough and there aren't enough showers, so queueing for showers is annoying.
Staff in the gym don't seem interested in the upkeep of the place since they only make money off PT sessions (they aren't paid by puregym so don't seem to care much).
Membership cancelled.

The facilities and staff were great. Great variety of machines; lots of lockers available; no wait time for machines when I visited; well laid out. The only improvements I would recommend are more blue roll on each floor to wipe the machines down!

Very poor hygiene - no cleaning products to wipe down equipment. Queues for the showers in the morning - one toilet permanently out of action in the men's with no sign or indication of repair date. No bog roll, no hand wash (6 days in a row+) in the men's and some very rude staff who try and make out that you are the problem when you try and be helpful in raising an issue for the other members benefit. Patrick is one of the PT's, is the only can do credible employee I encountered, who listens, goes the extra mile and turns a negative into a super positive. I've already resigned my membership after 4 consecutive issues on 4 visits and being gas lit by a cheeky gen Z staff member. AVOID!

Good range of equipment, easy enough to sign up for the day pass

We are from the US and we were having a bit of trouble signing up. Staff member came out and was very friendly and guided us through the process.

Very steep day pass of £8.99.
Has essential equipment, but lower quality overall and some particularly worn machines/equipment.
Cleanliness and maintenance vary; showers, machines and bins clearly neglected.
PT's present and confidently working with clients.
Atmosphere feels generic or unwelcoming, little sense of community.
Overall it does a job and it does it okay, not terrible, but also not good.

Getting a day pass was simple and effective. Entering the gym was straightforward.
I had a small travel bag and was told I couldn’t take it into the gym. I didn’t have a lock so couldn’t put it away so had to leave without getting a workout. As a visitor to Belfast I had my passport and bank cards with me so couldn’t leave it unattended.
So my positive experience became a negative one.
Be aware of this. I won’t use the gym again because of this if I’m visiting so I wasted money.

I hated the non-human experience. Everything relied on a smartphone and they had staff just sat there once you entered everything in online. Why not employ them and help you check in

Clean and friendly staff.
Even when its full with people, there is space to do your exercises.

Poor hygiene, toilets, showers and changing rooms not been cleaned once in the two weeks ive been. Never any blue roll available and sanitizer to clean up.
