clean and spacious gym with great equipment. however, with the warmer weather the downstairs free weights area has gotten quite stuffy and humid.

Disabled shower room was out of order and not working. With no notice that they were broken.
As I am disabled using the able bodied shower was very scarey as the floor was very slippery. Hard to stand comfortably without slipping.

I joined PureGym on the 18th of the month and pay the first day, 6 months later as I was going on holiday for a month, I decided to freeze my account 2 days before payment date. PureGym took money from my account even though it is freeze, the following month they did not take money, the next month they took money even though it is still frozen and I blocked it with the bank. And I know I will pay again to join again. So my question is, if I pay ahead before beginning to train, why should I pay when I freeze? And if I pay after freezing, why should I pay when I resume before the date of my monthly subscription date? This makes me feel not going back to start training. Because it happened to before, pay when I freeze and pay when I come back. That’s unfair

The problem with that gym is always the changing room, toilets and shower areas. Always disgusting and the majority of lockers don't lock anymore. Definitely it needs one good attention in there and if possible a few more water stations spreaded along the gym with water filters. Many thanks, me.

Great wee gym joined back in October been loving it ever since!! Very good staff there aswell!!!!
Scammed me out of money by charging twice in one month then wouldn't give a refund as its "against their policy". Terrible customer service, spent a day trying to get my money back and just gave up and cancelled my membership:::EDIT::Yes you are able to charge twice in one month when you freeze the account (as its not in use that month) then take the charges and account reinstatement charges along with the previous months membership, then take the new payment date direct debit, so stop lying to people, as for looking Into my account and "helping" I tried this option for 6 days straight and got nothing but stress and a headache, got no further along and zero empathy towards my situation, will never step foot in a gym again as this experience has sickened me to the core, happily 859 people have seen this comment so far and may take the option to join a different gym.

Great gym and thankfully not rammed like the many others in the area.
Staff are an asset to Pure Gym.
Most of the time the bathrooms in the changing room are not clean and don’t have toilet paper. The taps are broken and there is weak water pressure.

Pure Gym is all good so far. I left my previous gym (Not a pure gym) because of Covid propaganda (stupid one way walking systems, time slots, having to stop mid workout to activate additional slots, lowering of amount of slots available, constant sanitising nonsense etc).
Pure Gym is has good equipment, is perfectly clean (Covid is fake anyway), spacious and best of all it’s flexible for times, and is open 24/7. That’s the gym for me!
Sadly I’m sure our corrupt government will close this gym like all gyms to further brainwash the mass herds of sheeple out there into believing they need endless so-called vaccines.
