Elliot did a great job the other day at resetting the gym. Everything was put away, in its right place. It look orderly and more welcoming for members. It’s great to see the PG team ensuring the environment is inviting rather than not. Thanks Elliot!

Visited on a 3 day gym pass. Glad it was free as I found this place lacking.
Its the most oddly/disjointed set up gym I've ever come across.
4 squat racks in the whole place. 1 piece of equipment to support with hip thrusts. If you want to do a superset of hip thrust machine and RDL its impossible as the equipment to do that is over 2 floors.
If you want to move between an upper & lower workout in supersets you can't as all the upper machines are on 1 floor and the lower in another. The functional area is far too small but the studio massive and was empty much of the times I was there (visited twice at different times of day).
It served a purpose. I'm just glad this isn't my regular gym

Cleanliness and Music 😬 not sure what happened to PG I knew. Definitely lost its touch as a wellness company.

Cleanliness at pure gym Arcadian centre
I visit the pure gym at the Arcadian centre Birmingham 5 days a week @ 5am which is generally very quiet at that time so you have everything available to use, the main positive is the cleanliness of the locker rooms and toilets this is solely down to Claudine who always has a smile and up for a good chat.

Great gym.
Very good gym. I was here just for a day because of an airline snafu. Had some time, so I popped over for a workout. And I was very pleasantly surprised at the variety of equipment, cleanliness, space availability. Strongly recommend.

I enjoyed the overall experience but the very low pressure of water at the shower was very disappointing and disturbing. Sometimes the water was so little and I couldn't finish my shower.

Lack of equipment maintenance and space
The location of the gym is good, although I was a bit disappointed with the equipment provided and space.
I noticed that some machines are old or equipment with wear and tear.
Additionally when completing my combined exercises on the green floor area, there was a class about to start, ending up feeling rushed to complete my workout as everyone was waiting standing and staring.
I think there should be a designated room for the classes and personal trainers and not be a communal area.
I felt disappointed as this gym is charging the same as my previous one and providing poorer equipment and space.
Also, every time I go to the communal area with the green floor, it's always so untidy. I feel like I need to tidy things that were not messed by me in order to be able to do my workout.
