Pure Scam
This gym is a scam sign up one day later suspended my son's membership without any reason now they don't want to pay back the month they owed me, and the response they give is a joke pretending they don't understand.
My son has already moved to another gym
So I don't want to talk to manager or anyone anymore so the simple answer to my question is pay back the month you owe me that's all I am asking.

Great Value and Very Convenient
I have a multi-gym plus membership. think Pure Gym is great value, open 24/7, and they are well equipped and their staff are friendly.

Safe environment
I am a regular member of this gym. In my experience, Keith has always been helpful, kind, and professional. I have never witnessed or experienced any inappropriate behavior from Keith or any other staff member. The gym environment is always welcoming and safe for all members.

I have always enjoyed the morning…
I have always enjoyed the morning classes with all the pure gym PTAs of which Keith is one of those. I strongly disagree with the comment below about Keith. I have always feel comfortable around Keith each time I attended his morning classes due to his energy and motivation. I have never observed him touching any lady in each of the classes.
Thanks Keith for your hard work as you have helped most of us to lose some weight 👍

Gym classes DO NOT run!
Gym classes DO NOT run!! You turn up to the class and you and other members are waiting for a good 10-15mins looking at each other like , what's going on?? No instructor. Nobody comes to tell you anything. They just think that whilst you're in the gym, you can do your own workout when it's really the class arrangement that you're after. I can do my own workout in my own schedule, but to book thinking you're going to get a class and there's none. This has happened like 5 / 6 times now that I have booked with no cancellation email to pre-warn me. VERY ANNOYING!!!

Worst gym I’ve ever been to in my life…
Worst gym I’ve ever been to in my life and I and a regular gym user. Staff are useless, it’s absolutely hectic, a large space with no equipment. Too many member for machines or benches.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.
