Bletchley gym has improved loads. I now attend this gym much more than the other 2 in Milton Keynes!
The cycle classes are creative, innovative, advanced and engaging! One instructor (M, female) I met for the first time, she took note of my name and she encouraged me during the class. She was amazing, sadly her classes are around 1pm so can’t go due to work. Bletchley is rocking, trust me, I’ve attended all three! Bletchley now has the best classes, they listened to their customers!

The gym has been smelling so bad recently. Such a strong and disgusting odour which does not go, the gym really needs an AC or just something to help with the smell. Makes me want to Vomit!!

At Bletchley the showers fluctuate between very hot to stone cold.
Also I understand you like to play music but why so loud when virtually everyone wears their own headphones and the gym is nearly empty!!!!

I like it I can come in anytime to work out, I can work out with a group or by myself.
I like the set up of the place, the tidiness and I like the fact that one comes in to work out and does not feel judged.

All the staff are friendly and always happy to help and advise
Equipment seems to have been moved much closer together; music can sometimes be WAY too loud; AC doesn't seem like it's in use often and the machines don't blow out air either; in the last four months or so there's never any sanitiser especially in the dispenser by the entrance / exit; gym kept fairly clean though you can see cobwebs etc around though not the fault of the cleaners; comms from staff via email isn't the best because their responses show they haven't read your email properly. Had to leave briefly because of this though I wanted to renew my membership. Overall, it's just okay. If you don't mind waiting sometimes or if you don't mind a bit of hassle here and there.

4 star due to small space, less number of specific machines/equipment. Sometimes long wait for your turn. Strangely, there is only 3 wall clock in the whole gym. Need to check time? walk to other end of the building.
A good gym a little small and can get busy at times. Overall got all the machines u need. Could do with some tv screens on the walls as has no windows , and the A/C could do with being on a bit more.

Overall good experience, had all the equipment that was required and space. It was also noticeably cleaner in Bletchley pure gym compared to other gyms of this chain I've used. The two stars I have removed are for the following:
1. Twice now was hit by extremely cold shower as they have issues I believe with boiler however it was not mentioned and there were no signs to tell
2. The machine giving out flavoured water is something I look forward to every time I go because honestly the flavours are brilliant and refreshing when working out but 3 times I had issues with the machine maintenance. Flavours are not topped up so you get regular water which is a disappointment and the machine is often out of order completely. Had to chase staff to check it and put "out of order" notice couple of times.
3. The energy drink machine, the fridge is not working and you get a warm drink which is not exactly what you want
4. One of the staff members is not very welcoming. Twice now i had to experience their attitude. This is a personal trainer and I approached them to ask a quick simple question about my membership, they were on their phone sitting for a while so I assumed it was OK to approach. I was welcomed with "I have no time I have a client coming up", I mentioned that it was just a question about "gym buddy" option with my membership. They chose to ignore me and instead speak about it to the person I attend the gym with and completely avoided eye contact with me. Their answers were very cut short and unwelcoming, honestly did not make me feel well.
I have been also told by other people that attend this gym that this personal trainer treats visitors with not much respect. They look down on people for asking simple questions as if it is very bothersome for them
I hope these points will be noticed and worked on as I wish to stay with this gym for further use

The music is too loud. The ads for becoming a PT are even louder. Thank you for your response. This is a two star, not a one star review. I was unable to find a staff member on duty - hence the review. Thanks

First time at the gym for a spin class, the instructor was very helpful and the class was great.
