Just moved from. JD gym and the difference is huge. Equipment is lacking, weights normal cage etc.. nice environment and the app works just fine is just lacking lots of equipment

My initial "get started" appointment…
My initial "get started" appointment was very poor. I've purchased the plus membership but she couldn't tell me what that covered. Tried pushing a PT on me despite telling her my partner is a PT and I wasn't interested. Didn't give me a tour of the gym other than the free weights and "this is upstairs / downstairs" If I had never been to a gym before I would never have felt comfortable going back.

When you sign up online the website tells you everything that is included as part of purchasing a Plus membership.
It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information (such as date and time or names etc.) so this can be investigated.

Overall best value for money gym for…
Overall best value for money gym for sure.
Not the biggest or best equipped gym but overall always well maintained and clean.
I chose it as it's really close to my work and I manage to pop in there on my lunch breaks. This works really well for me and would recommend it.

The staff are friendly and helpful
The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is kept clean and is a safe and comfortable environment to train in, however there are times when machines are out of working order for too long which upsets my routine.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.

Equipment is too close together
Great gym equipment and some of the classes are fab. Shame that the cycle classes have been moved too early and I can’t get there in time due to public transport. The equipment is also all far too close now.

A great gym
I’ve been using the gym in Bletchley for a couple of months and am more than happy with the facilities and cleanliness, can’t fault it for the price
