It's been very dirty lately, it's impossible to exercise, the equipment is dirty, bottles are empty, the studio is full of dust, these are not normal conditions for exercising.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.

Great machines. Nothing out of order. Just able to get on with whatever you want to do with no interference and no one staring at you.

Friendly,helpful staff
Good place,clean place.
Lovely staff,always helpful, friendly.
Personal trainers they are amazing.
Really need WiFi. And louder music.
And 100% need bicycle parking place. Because many people cycling. And leave they bikes somewhere araund. And thats is not safe.
Safety should be on first place.

I couldn't connect to a WiFi in the gym…
I couldn't connect to a WiFi in the gym as I like to listen to my own music whilst working out. It says on the website it connects to O2 automatically but the only WiFi available is a staff one with a password. Can anyone help please

The state of the showers in this Gym…
The state of the showers in this Gym are unhygienic and utterly disgusting, regardless of timing they are dirty and full of pubes. I have showered early morning and evening and they never appear to be properly cleaned

I just love this gym the staff are…
I just love this gym the staff are lovely no one judges you it has a totally different feel to all the other gyms I’ve been to. I’m actually confident enough to go on my own

Excellent equipment
Excellent equipment. Always something available to use even in busy periods.
Would be five stars but the lack of a bike rack or somewhere to leave a bike is a negative point for me as a keen cyclist who uses the journey as a warm up.
Staff seem friendly and helpful when there.

Air quality and fobs to enter
The air con or general air condition in the gym feels stuffy and sometimes sweaty smelling. The cardio equipment all faces blank walls with no viewing options or windows to look out on or tele to watch. And I think it's bad you have to buy your own fob for easy gym access. It should come with membership like most other gyms. Other than that staff are friendly and classes and the gym seem to be busy.

Don't feel judged or intimidated at the gym, good quality equipment.
Only downside the air-conditioning is not felt throughout the gym

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.
