Not the best value for money.
Small gym….only been once. For the monthly direct debit not sure it is priced correctly/fairly considering other gyms in the area. Locker area was really messy and some equipment could do with a clean down. Gonna continue til end of the month then most likely change location.

Her present in the gym is delightful. She is friendly, helpful and always smiling.
She would talk to anyone in the gym making us all feel welcome.
Overall, the gym itself is small and can get very busy.
Still, a very clean gym.

Bridgwater
Bridgwater is smaller than Weston and offers less for more money. And Bridgwater is not included in the "other gyms available" you have to specifically buy a bridgwater pass.

No parking spaces at all
No parking spaces at all. People had to park on the grass. Gym is really small and the music is really low down. The studio mic is really loud with the instructor singing along to their songs really badly. Waste of £9.99

Amazing Gym
I really enjoyed my first time at the gym in over 3 years, I went on 13/01/2024 with some colleagues from work and it was good to have someone spot me for if I needed help lifting weights

The Bridgwater pure gym has everything and a good atmosphere so overall I am very happy using this gym.
I have had negative experiences with entering the gym previously so I left for another gym but re joined to try again.
Been great up until today, went to vehicle to grab something and couldn't get back in, I did attempt to ask assistance but gym staff was teaching a class, when class was finished I was still kept waiting while staff wanted to put things away, during this time I had a bench and personal belongings inside the gym. Dissapointed by this as I wouldn't disrupt a class during an interval unless it was urgent.

We do advise members to avoid doing this where possible. Sometimes the pods do not reset themselves quick enough to register that a member has left. This means they believe the member is still inside the gym and will deny anyone trying to get in the gym with the same pin. This is to try and stop pin abuse throughout our gyms.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

The staff is always helpful and they…
The staff is always helpful and they are there when you need them. Classes are brilliant. The gym floor can get busy in the evening but I don't mind as the wait for equipment is decent.

I can’t normally approach people because my English isn’t great but feel comfortable chatting to Kelly and she gives great advice when it comes to forms.

not enough machines but can stretch
i feel as though there needs to be more than 3 lower body machines especially with the high volume of people visiting each day. really like that there is a stretching area though because for some reason a lot of other gyms don't have one

Equipments / wifi / no posing place
Hi yaaa
I have been a member for almost 20 months but i dont know why there is something wrong with the wifi connection,it works very randomly i even checked with the staff they always give some excuse and let it go ….. and in terms of social media people or the person who are competing in the bodybuildng competition they need to do posing routine everyday for which they need to remove their top for checkng each and every muscule part for which their is no space …..and as well the staff doesnt allow to remove the shirt for posing routine
the equipments in bridgwater branch are very old school as compare to all the other branches of puregym they got much better equipments around
As a member in 20 months i didnt saw any equipments change other than 2 of them just now added
Please look into all this issue
