We’re afraid it's true, our gyms can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. I've been comfortable and reassured…
I've been comfortable and reassured using my local Puregym over the past few years at various times as its open 24/7 so its reliable in every way that I can possibly think of and the official app to book classes is efficient, the only minor issue bieng honest in general is the push button showers on the upper floor which can be challenging at times as most people would possibly likely feel similar.

First gym joining experience
It was really simple to join, everything was laid out clearly and it was very clear on how to do it all without any confusion or back and forward pricing, its all very well structured.

Always find the team friendly & the gym clean. I have never had a problem with availability with the cardio equipment which is well maintained.

Gym isn’t very big for the amount of people that go there and the facilities it offers should have more others PureGyms have more this isn’t the best or biggest and very cramped

Joining pure gym Bridgwater
Leanne greeted me with a beaming smile (which always helps put you at ease)
She took me through the process at my pace explaining clearly what was happening.
Then once the joining part was over she then helped me set up the app and took me through all the various sections. So all I have to do now is study them. A good ambassador for your company

Gym ok no Yanga water machine
This gym is ok but it doesn't have the yanga water machine and it is a small gym compared to some as I travel the UK and use the PureGym all over it could do with been moved to a bigger place. It is very basic.

All our gym branches nationwide are individually priced based on multiple different factors. It is true, some gym's are smaller than others but please be assured the quality of equipment is the same!
Not all gym branches provide yanga water and this can be seen on the specific gym home page.
