I haven't been to a gym in 29 years, puregym is not over priced, you feel comfortable going on your own noone judges you or hassles you, the new lady's gym is great all the equipment shows you what to do if you are unsure, and it is clean I would 100% recommend it 👍

Bad Service, Unclean Gym
I asked for somebody to show me how the treadmill machines work at 1st try was told there was nobody available but the machines where easy to use..!!, Second attempt and The Manager came with me to show me how to turn the machine on and off when asking about the different program settings and how they work he told me he had no idea really because he did not use the treadmill....!!!!!, the showers where disgusting dirty and smelling badley also the first shower I went in did not even work, other than that there was a large amount of different equipment which was nice to see.

my experience at the gym was really good except for people sat on equipment chatting instead of actually using it which was a bit frustrating.

Poor experience didn’t enjoy it at all…
Poor experience didn’t enjoy it at all felt very on show and that the whole gym is aim towards bodybuilding and weightlifting while the cardio area is done to a poor spec not at all what I’m looking for

Good value well equipped local gym
Did not have to wait to use any of the equipment. Everywhere clean. Easy to park. Would be good if manager/staff acknowledged menders more

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.
