Good feeling gym could do with some screens when on treadmills bikes etc to pass the time.

The gym class are great
The gym class are great. It would be even better if the site were larger.

The new gym in byfleet is just what was needed....its a great gym a place for everyone with all abilities the perfect place to train....and especially my PT Danny have been training with him for 2 months now and he is just brilliant at his job 👏 5☆☆☆☆☆ from me

Good but could be much better
24 hr opening great and kit good but lacks TV screens and is a bit boring .
Showers could be cleaner but if you’re looking for a workout early like me it’s perfect

Caroline Lofthouse yoga teaching is…
Caroline Lofthouse yoga teaching is first class. Very well instructed to all levels of ability. Caroline is helping me develop my yoga practice. The improvement in my practice in a relatively short amount of time is great. Caroline is patient, client focused and offers a well guided practice.

Excellent gym and staff
Been attending this new gym for 4 weeks now. Very impressed so far. All the instructors are great - full of encouragement and motivation. Only do the classes as don't really understand how to use the machines in the main gym area, but I can always ask if I really wanted to know! Being of menopausal age, and not having done any classes for a few years, it was a big leap of faith joining this gym but I'm so glad I did. The endorphins that now charge through my veins at full speed after every class have completely changed my outlook on life and I am so much more positive and motivated as a result. Just wish they had a personal trainer who specialised in menopausal women! But you can't have everything!!

It is just ok
The facilities are ok but I prefer Woking. In Woking, classes are behind frosted glass doors, Byfleet has no doors so the classes are a little distracting if you are using the gym - the timer buzzer they use for HIITs is quite annoying. The water out of the fountain is warm and a little metallic tasting and the flavoured water machine is still not working so my membership is a little wasted there. It is closer than Woking but I will still keep going to Woking for better class timings and spinning classes.

The facility is clean
The facility is clean, has a variety of exercise equipment, and parking is very easy.
