Ive started at PureGym Chester and I absolutely love it. I don’t use the gym itself I go to the classes, the trainer is absolutely fabulous !!! I find the classes so welcoming and sociable she makes them a lot of fun. So I feel really thankful

Very easy and straightforward to join…
Very easy and straightforward to join as a person training for a particular job role this makes working out easier as I can go 24 hrs a day when it suits me and the joining offer was brilliant very happy.

Great facilities and equipment, well maintained, brilliant PT!
Great facilities, equipment well maintained and good range and volume. Good spaces and size / layout. Friendly and also I have a superb PT, Katy, who has made a massive difference for me. And excellent vfm.

I received email %30 offer for the first 3 months
which is £ 11.50 and and free joining fee but charged me £22.99 +£10 joining fee
and didn't send me my pin number to enter the gym I them to be honest

This gym has been neglected very out dated lots of equipment very worn was advertised it was having a revamp but neva happend just moved some equipment around really considering g finding a new gym in the new year

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our
equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
