Is it still 24/7?
Used it a couple of years ago, good gym. Planning to rejoin, but someone who goes there now told me it's only open till midnight now. Could you please reply letting me know the opening times? Thanks

On the whole, a great experience.
The staff are friendly, the showers and changing rooms are cleaned regularly and the gym is big and spacious.

All the equipment was in order, I like the fact that I can use the gym 🏋️♂️ when it suits me,for me this gym ticks all the boxes 📦

I do love puregym and think it is great…
I do love puregym and think it is great value for money however the classes are the main reason I choose puregym and over the past year they have not been up the standard that they used to be.

Why did I bother?
I thought the gym was great at first espcially with having social anxiety & disabilities that was until I had staff member Sian constantly leering over me & friends asking when we are going to be done when Ive literally only just sat on the machine and they stay there until you feel intimidated and leave, extremely off putting. Also off putting when you have anxiety as it is and other staff members are hounding you to pay for a PT it's like jehovas witnesses. I think I going to cancel my membership after this month and go somewhere more welcoming where the female members of staff aren't truing truing act alpha towards other females.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.
Please be aware due to the situation of our gyms it isn't always possible to extend the site itself, however, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities where possible, so please keep an eye out for updates. If you have any specific suggestions regarding the layout of the gym please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.
