Very clean and well maintained gym. Manager was friendly and helpful plus saw him doing his share of hoovering too! Has everything you need and parking was easy. I like how PureGym allow you to use multiple locations and the buddy passes are a great idea.

I enjoy going to my local PureGym…
I enjoy going to my local PureGym as it is easy to facilitate any time of day. I prefer to go when it is staffed and a little busier. The staff there are really helpful and informative, the layout of the gym is good and easy to navigate. The machines are all in good condition (that I’ve seen). There’s music in there but there’s also free WiFi so you can stream your own choice whilst you workout. There are no noisy grunters and from my experience people interact politely and good gym etiquette seems to be observed. It feels like a safe space and I haven’t seen anything to discourage me from going.

Joined in 2025. I mostly do suspension training, and the space works well for that.
I requested that anchor points be located in an area specific for suspension training, and Ben the manager got on it tight away, within a month they had them set up.
For me its great, and very appreciated.
I use the free weights as well, and it's all a very good set up

Great gym
Great gym, super affordable and ubiquitous, unfortunately, this leads to overcrowding and machines and benches are often in use which can effect a workout negatively, but other than that a really good investment

I had not been to a PureGym before , I arrived on my own and found it difficult to find my way around. Did not see signs for changing rooms and had to ask. Difficult to find my way around the equipment. Whole experience was a bit intimidating and so I only stayed about 30 mins.

Have asked to have rowing machines…
Have asked to have rowing machines turned around as looking at a blank wall is so boring there is no tv around building and no wifi unmanned hours are a joke as if you have a hart attack how do you get to emergency phone also can’t understand why this gym is so expensive compared to others

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system. The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code.
As well as this, we have staff monitoring the gym, as well as a CCTV team. Emergency Help points are located across the gym and signposted.
With regards to the price per month this can vary between gyms. This depends on a number of factors including location and running/rental costs.
If you have any feedback/suggestions the best way to pass them on for practical action is always to get in touch directly with the Gym Manager.
You can approach them in the gym or leave a comment in the feedback box as this is regularly reviewed for updates and improvements. Thanks, PureGym

The Puregym equipment and facilities…
The Puregym equipment and facilities are very good, but I feel the air conditioning could be used more effectively - it just seems very warm a lot of the time (I know the gym users will be generating heat!)

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.
