Not quite what I expected
Can't fault the equipment and the class availability, something for everyone and nobody judges anybody. But I have to say I felt some of the "PTs" were a bit mediocre. Jamie clearly knows his stuff there's no question of that. Clarke is very new, but I think he has the knowledge and mindset to excel at being a PT, but I feel like he's not very supported and his talents are being wasted. Monday night burn class with .... was a bit of a joke, a PT that openly tells everyone he's just had a week off and he can't be bothered.. doesn't even bother with a warm up.. not a very good look and he clearly has no interest.

Honestly it's Friday afternoon, I have had the best day ever today at the gym- I toured around the new gym it's friendly lovely little community- they run classes sessions workouts upstairs for extra classes to maintained exercises to machines in Ricoh arena Coventry CV6 6as- it's nice on the side and genuinely what more do you want just after you've just shopped hit the gym or come to window shopping pop down to the gym it's near, local and overall, I like the view short on the side and out of way how it's been structured building looks smart- parking can be an issue small and fit enough but it's all ok for me walk just down the road, Up to Ricoh .🤜😊 Definitely I'm coming back here with my fella 🤞. 10/10 staff have been friendly and met them on the promotion advertising gym with offers in the day on my road with their huge backpacks pure gym offer signs board cool and smart way of doing this customer service amazing ...

Jamie's MIND class was 10/10 and will try to attend again - professional and a good work out! 'Try' only because we have to travel some way to reach the gym otherwise we would attend regularly.

Amazing place to go!
Team is amazing, the trainers make the classes so worth going! Personal training is worth the money.

Joined through my work
Joined through my work, very easy to navigate and good choice of categories to choose........however on my 1st trip to the gym I found the showers cold which I was shocked at and a fellow guy said they're all like that at this particular gym!!

Tried to use my free 3 day pass to find it had expired less than a week after getting it. I was unwell so couldn’t train. But I guess just another marketing ploy to get people to sign up and to an overpriced gym

Each day pass expires at midnight. If you buy a day pass at 2pm, you have until midnight on the same day to use the gym. Please note that day passes do not last 24 hours.
There’s an option to delay your promotional day pass start date for up to 7 days.
If unable to use this pass on the day, please reach out to our Member Services team who can re-arrange this for you! Thanks, PureGym

The no joining fee promotion was a definite plus. It does come occasionally though.
However, my email was already registered with Puregym earlier (having no active membership) and hence, it did not allow me to proceed and instructed me to reach out to member services - who has not responded to the email in the past 3 days.
As I did not want to miss the promotion, I registered with an alternate email of mine.
Got to see if this resolution of mine STICKS

absolute crap you cannot use changing rooms until 5 am, what is the point in opening 24 offered a shower room to change in.
